to tell you the truth i record the videos to study myself playing and see my mistakes.. put it on youtube was a thing that brought an unexpected repercussion so a i keep uploading my videos!

Dude, don't tense up so much when you go through your 16th notes rolls in the build ups. You're totally stiffing the notes out. If you relax a bit and let your wrists, fingers, and the stick do the work, you'll gain speed much more quickly. You'll have a hard time gaining speed and control if you continue to tense up.

I'm saying that you should work on relaxing your arms so that you can improve on your speed/sound more fluid and natural. I'm not saying that you played poorly, because you didn't, I'm just pointing out that you won't be able to play much faster than you currently are.
