P's drunken vomiting on someone is also bad and I agree that's not funny and no one should be making him out to be a hero for that. There's too much tolerance of drunkenness in England.

He wasn't being bitchy, he was saying "I paid for your visa, so fucking play the drums". The guy seemed out of it (maybe stoned?) and so Patrick gave him a slap on the face to wake him up, I think. Then he apologised and told audience they'd never have to see him on stage again.
I'm gonna make this clear if it's the last thing I do today: Patrick apologised for being angry (made a joke of it and said all English guys are bastards) and told audience they wouldn't see drummer again, implying he'd get him blacklisted, I think, for being stoned on the job.

Yeah i think it's good he feels bad and wants to say sorry, not just shrug it off like every other famous bigheaded person would.
