i'm from waynesboro va. and yes we had some rain today.great forgotten song by them#15c n w in 1972.found this 45 in 1991 or so.got this song on a foreign copy cd that i found in 2008 in a goodwill store.to jack and misty love your music and i hope you get new fans every day.thanks for posting this one.
@wfarrar69 Jack & Misty are still in production. Yes, their vintage 45's are classics and highly collectable. All their music is available on their web site.Glad you enjoyed the music.
These two and this song puts Lee Hazlewood and Nancy Sinatra to shame!! They tried to follow this theme -- deep, deep voiced guy alternating with mezzo gal -- and they didn't do all that well!! Commercially, yes, Lee and Nancy - boy, if we had that money!!
But, Jack and Misty here, in this song, are way ahead -- they're great !!
Love the line "Oh, c'mon", 'cause it tells you about their love and that they will surely make up. The 'cellophane' line, well, at least it made it rhyme.
Wonderful song by two super singers. Very unique style and unforgettable voices. I love all the pictures of these two good looking musicians - it looks like they are traveling through time with their outfits and hair styles which really adds to this video. Thanks a million for posting. -Pauline
