i did a little research. Apparently, this lady anmed Agnes Carlsson released this song in October 2006 in Sweden. Then Arashi came out with We Can make It on May 2007. Then, this Ricki chick did a cover of the Agnes dude.

what seems to have happened, is the composer sold his stuff to two companies, Johnny's and the one in Sweden. But, HANDS DOWN arashi is way better.

this is a great song, both versions are awesome, Ricky-Lee is a great singer, BUT i like Arashi's version better.

So just don't put down one singer/band over another because they must be good if they can actually BECOME a band/singer and be accepted by the public and have tons of fans. and they are not stupid. The Japanese version's message is to become strong to fight through obstacles in life

while this version says that love is everywhere.....

So they only have the same melody.

Arashi's song isn't a translated version of the song, the only thing the same is the backing music/tune. The Arashi song is giving an ENTIRLY different message, and the rap lyrics in 'We Can Make It' are written by a member of the band.

She's definately trying to channel Agnes Carlsson voice, who sung the original Love Is All Around, Ricki has covered it and even made her voice sounds like Agnes in the beginning. Agnes was the winner of the 2005 Swedish Idol and she's a stunner.
