My mother is in Honduras and has told me that the great majority are 100% in favour of ousting the left wing leaning Zelaya.

Nope... I am just going by the speeches made by Chavez in which he has implied an invasion and also by the letter to the OEA sent by the government in which they advise them of that possibility. At least I based my comments on hard facts.

even the smallest towns have cable tv and internet access. this 4.7% statistic must refer to those who have access from their homes. all these political NGOs love the idea of "the coup" because it is a great tool for fundraising and justifies their existence...
