How do i know about the size of my thumb ? i'm kinda overweight so does it affect the size of my thumb ? if it does ,i think i'm gonna lose weight now .

If you get a standard Vernan plastic it doesn't matter, but if it happens to be too big then you would put it in a glass of boiling water for a few seconds so the thumb tip will soften, then take it out and put it on for a few minutes so it will harden again.

hey i have the Thumb Tip but its too big for my thumb. it goes all the way on my thumb to the tip and on all the vids i have watched it only goes to their knuckle so you can load the tip and steal it away on your thumb without any trouble. is there any way i can make it fit my thumb better? i have the plastic thumb tip. can anyone help?

you can use it for a liquid fountain! (Put a liquid in the TT, with the hole plugged with a small piece of magician's wax. Remove the wax for a small fountain of water at your fingertip!)

While I agree with Darwin that the thumb tip is a remarkably useful tool, I don't think his dvds are quite worth the price.

Here's the problem; everything in that commercial was covered in the little book that comes with the thumb tip; I have no idea how good the dvds are from this clip. Is it worth buying?

I haven't purchased it yet, but by reading the description on the penguin site, Darwin teaches a lot of bonus stuff that he invented. The price is now 56 dollars, but will go down to around 51 with the discount if you know it, I think it's worth it. It comes with a free 15 dollar thumb tip.

The best thumb tip, IMO, is the vernon soft, which only runs about $7.

He may have invented the tricks in particular, but it all runs off of the same TT principles.

If you know how thumb tips work, it's easy to just sit there inventing new tricks for it. To whit; ever heard of a swami gimmick?

Punch a tiny hole in a TT, and stick a piece of pencil lead through it. Swami gimmick. Bet Darwin never covered that! Then, since the TT already has a hole in it,

i don't know any store but you should order your's on ebay since they tell you what size the TT is and most likely the medium size TT should fit a lot of people if you don't have HUGE thumbs or very small thumbs the medium size tip should fit you, the TT is almost a one size fits all if you are about 13 or older and you have normal size thumbs the medium one should fit you perfectly and if it doesn't just get some tape and tape the inside to make it fit you.
