I don't remember this being the opening to the PSX version of VI. My memory recalls something much different, with no action scenes. I guess I was mistaken!
Favourite FF with 4 close behind. The PS ones were cool, but the stories just weren't as interesting and the battle system was too slow and imbalanced.
Ahhh FFVII is my favorite, but if it wasn't for those fucking retarded hardcore fanboys of FFVII, the game wouldn't get such a bad rep. Its what introduced me to Final Fantasy. I am now working on IV and VI and what wonderful games they are!

FFX was a breath of fresh air, it brought back the elements that had been missing from previous games. But blitzball sucked!
VII was the best. VI was overrated to hell. It was still a great game but the story was wafer thin. People are fanboys when it comes to FF but as a person who can see a game for what it is, 10-2 , 12 were shit and 6 was overrated by SNES lovers and fanboys.

No i am not. It was. Pretty poor actually. I had a class of mates at high school, very intelligent liek me. They didnt even finish it, adn i quote "where the fuck is the story"

Yeah, I liked it. I played it as FFII on the SNES back in the day. Infact it was the first Final fantasy I had played.
I do recall the game being harder and longer than it's modern counterparts. The game was very good and I would have to tie it as second with FFVII now that I look back on it. Maybe if I had a more recent memory of the game, might even say that it was better than FFVII.

Hmmm... My favourite FF in terms of story was Tactics (the original one, not the kiddies' play time advance one). VI comes second for me.

VII have awful 3-D graphics, VI have gorgeous 2-D graphics.
VI is more a "fantasy" game than a "matrix" game like VII.
