GRIN produced wanted just like this terminator game... Im guessing they've used the same cover system for both games... which is in my opinion, a pretty good system. It brings something different to the table the way you can move between cover, it looks more real and makes it feel more intense.

but the only bad thing about it is that its not really smooth cuz its not in one sequential motion. like u have to keep pressing buttons to get place and its just not smooth enough. for me i'd rather have a rolling system where u can roll whenever u want and then snap to a wall, pylon, etc.

Wanted: Weapons of Fate was pretty good except for the fact you can clear it in two hours. It does have the same moving from cover to cover gameplay.

The movie looks like it'll be a terrible mix of quickcuts just like most recent action films, mixed in with rejected prototypes that were once considered for Michael Bay's awful Transformers along with an over-testosterone-injected-ove­racting-angry Christian Bale. Add on top of that, the director who calls himself "McG" gave us the god awful Charlie's Angels movie. This means that there's an actual chance the game might actually be BETTER than the movie itself.

i get the feeling that this game is going to once again slap fans of the early movies in the face. why can't they really go all out and create a sandbox style, gta esque game set in all time periods throughout the movies? after all they must've made enough money to be able to commision a half decent game?

the gameplay is totally diffrent from fallout 3, but the atmospere/setting really looks like fallout 3, after the nuclear fallout.

the destroyed building, wrecked road, etc... it reminds me to fallout 3.

I just hope this isnt' one man action, i really want their to be like 10 to 20 guys on screen all fighting at once against several terminators! Just so theres always a tone of action and combat related warfare you see in the terminator movies where they show the resistance fighting!

sAm8979 this game is based off the upcoming Terminator Salvation movie which comes out 2 days after this game is released. The game takes place in the future war, after judgement day. None of the info released said anything about time travel so it's very very unlikely, since they aren't revisiting the previous films. This is set to be the prequel to Terminator Salvation, which takes place is 2018 and this game takes place just a few years earlier.
