Where do you buy the cups? I find a set of alluminium cups, but they are too much thin and in a pair of hours of training they are ruined

I think I've watched this a dozen times, and I still get something out of it every time. I'm still trying to figure out your finger placements for 'the slide' when you circle your arms around.

Also, I definetely think this isn't easy.=P Great choice of music and tricks, and again, excellent job with this video.

these are more evenly weighted for juggling, shaker cups can be bought off of websites like dube. com but i don't personally like dube's, they crack too easily, definitely not for beginners. Jenack, and Juggling Arts also sell them.
