Word here in Ecuador is that Santos, while head of security forces in Columbia, used to go into the poor sections of town, round up unemployed youth, take them out and shoot them, and then use the bodies as body count in proving progress in the war against the drug cartels. Basically the garden variety sociopath. He won the elections with a 17% margin, so we will see what the columbian people will reap from this election.

@colombiano4420 I think you didn't understand my comment. It was meant to show how Americans see Columbia because its attitude on America. Since what right does America have to force Columbia to accept an ambassador they don't want. Its Columbia's international right to decline someone they don't like (Or their president doesn't like) as ambassador from another country.
