@Cooludeful In the American south mothers often put "sugar water/or soda" into their babies' bottles. You grow up drinking soda Nehi grape Dr. Pepper, Pepsi......My aunt died because of it....she was so addicted to it; she refused too stop drinking it, even though she had diabetes and her foot was cut off! (no joke.) It's as addictive as smoking. (most of family is from the south.)

i'm 20 and i don't want myself to be able to say in 10-15 years "i am a serial dieter"....i just want to be able to keep my intake healthy..why people have to gain 10pounds on holidays for exemple??:S that's just greed i mean,and then extreme diets to lose em superfast...why can't we just be balanced??i think i try my best at least..

@morticiapompom Good for you! There's some great info here (how companies use the "Bliss Point" to keep us addicted to their products, and the soccer player's recipes). BUT, dieting is horrible for your body. When you yo-yo diet (and most diets cause a yo-yo), your weight permanantly redistributes from your thighs and hips to your stomach. Bad for your heart and waistline! Better to make slow changes that you can stick to; you should really never lose more than 1-2 pounds in a week. Cheers =)!!
