I have followed the directions, everything works, I can hear people etc, etc, I was wondering if there was any adidtional way to increase the volume on the plantronics headset. I have it turned up all the way, I have tried adjusting the tv, and playstation settings and the settings for the indivudal games. it is not loud enough for me. any suggestions?

I dont think thats surround. The game audio comes to the headset from the TV using a STEREO 3.5mm jack. Plus there is no audio processing to make a STEREO headset a surround like Dolby headphone, sorry.

@coetzee92 just bought a good headset called tactic 3d alpha amazing sound for 150 buks but the usb converter suppied for the pc and mac shows up on the audio devices in my ps3 but it wont detect a mic wierd .. im thinking its because the adapter isnt compatible for ps3 however the head set i got has damn good surround sound and base im happy with out the mic and its working fine just for listening , will probably try get a plug and play usb for around 10 buks and try that l8r on
