@Blutenhande Okay... I'll bite. How do you, in your personal opinion, believe that taxes are illegal, since the Congress has a Constitutional right to lay taxes? I know of the conspiracy theory that claims the 16th amendment was not properly ratified ... but that only covers 'income' tax. Don't get me wrong, the income tax was implemented because of the corporate push to eliminate import/export taxes and passed the burden of taxes upon the workers as much as posible.

But that would require bringing back protectionist trade policies and the old tarriff system we had until 1913, which the corporate owned right-wing claims would be the end of capitalism, when the opposite would assuredly be the truth.
So you would have to be willing to accept that Ron Paul is wrong when he spews on about the reality of tarriffs vs income taxes or that he does not even mention it.
We should have things like socialized medicine. I believe the
gov should pay for med school so that when doctors graduate they would work in areas of need for a year or so and be out of debt forever. We should not have corporations profiting from sickness. That makes no sense. I love the idea of rewarding doctors for keeping people well. A good place to start would be something like medicare for everyone.
When I talk about taxes at 4:05 I failed to mention that the 40% tax rate (that is about what most industrialized nations pay)... they get more than just health care insurance pre-paid for... they also have the ability to go to college (pre-paid through taxes) so long as ones GPA does not drop below a pre-determined level. We could all be so damn lucky to live under a Democratic Socialist system here in America, limited by our Constitution.
I was so worked up at the time that now having watched this video for the second time, I realized that I left out some very important information, especially at the end there. My thought was incomplete... Of the 27 1st world nations on Earth, only one allows its citizens to go bankrupt and forces them to lose everything due to medical bills, regardless whether it is their fault or not, or bad habits or not... and that nation is America!
