He is absolutely right. I just sold my K4 Hayabusa in favor of a K7 GSX-R1000. Not only does it handle so much better, but it is definitely faster off the line. I liked my Busa, but it just couldn't compete with the superior engine technology and 100+ pounds less GSX-R1000. I love how people run their mouths, and the closest they've ever been to a Busa is in a video game:^) People's jealousy is so transparent.

oki for all u squids a busa kills most stock bikes on a straight line (a drag strip for instance). but most of the bikes out perform a busa on twisties. Anyone can fly on a straight line but if u wana get good at riding hit up twisties not straight lines. anyone who rides will agree with that. period.
