  • Straight out of the box, would you recommend this over a WE M1911?

  • @DarkX6 Any day of the week I'd take the TM. Over the years I've developed a knack for GBB's. A teammate of mine had a WE 1911 and was having trouble with it, I said I'd take a look at it for him. IMO, the thing was rubbish.

Since this video I've upgraded it with a Guarder MBK, Guarder barrel, CNC aluminum blowback unit. I love the feeling it has, I may only get 12 shots out per mag on a good day. But every shot is worth it, and I have my KWA Mk23 for any other situation.

  • @KFCAirsoft Wow, thanks for the quick and informative response. I bought a WE M1911 a while back, and the thing was crap. I had nothing but problems. I've always had a thing for Colt M1911s and M1911A1s, so I'm trying to find one that doesn't suck. Thanks for your input!

  • @DarkX6 Take the Marui. I had 5 WE 1911A1s before changing to the Marui Colt 1911. I now have just 1. It is a Marui.

  • @Greataardvark I did get the Marui. She runs like a dream.

  • @DarkX6 Mine had stiffness to begin with. It wore off though. Very stiff mag spring and mag well. Works much better than my old WE Colts, half the weight too. I changed my grips for pearls. The WE Colts are more accurate though I will say. The hop on my Marui is fierce. Same power though and the Marui is a lot thinner. All 5 WE colt carients I had broke down or had issues. The Marui after 1,500 shots is flawless still. Happy days.

  • @kfcairsoft where'd you get this and how much?

  • @sc81kdeterb All that info is in the video. I really don't want to answer, but I guess I will. TrinityAirsoft (DOT) Com. For $125. But they dont even stock the thing anymore.

  • Do you have to use tokyo marui mags, or can you use other brands?

  • @ZigZag1808 You can use other brands. I for one bought 6 "Bell" mags off ehobbyasia and they work just fine. You just have to make sure they are TM clone mags.

  • @KFCAirsoft Do you know if WE would be ok? Im not sure if their cloned. I wanted to get to get a few WE 1911 mags. All i know is that there slim type. Cause the 2 i have now are leaky as hell

  • @ZigZag1808 Yes, WE and TM are NOT compatible mag-wise. Only certain parts of the slide will work between WE and TM.

  • @KFCAirsoft Well that sucks dick.

  • @ZigZag1808 If you watch the video, I do in fact fill the mag with green gas. And now I use propane. So yes, green gas is fine.

  • @KFCAirsoft Is it ok to use greengas?

  • @ZigZag1808 You can use green gas. Just make sure it is on a colder day and not the height of summer.

  • @Mrloco0117 It all depends on what type of metal vs what type of plastic too. Most GBB pistols are cheap pot metal, which isn't even as strong as most ABS guns. NS2 system was an upgraded gas system that made it more effeciant, metal had nothing to do with why they made it.

With that logic, TM would be the greatest company ever as they created the AEG... There are plenty of good "clone" companies, CA, G&P, KA etc..

  • .6mm, 0.20 gram rounds, Correct?

  • What's the maximum distance on this model?

  • how did you get the orange tip off / get it without the orange tip?

would like to buy one, thanks!

  • the slide and frame are plastic correct?

  • Good review !

  • had an orgasm at the end ?

  • @RYUNOMI13TADEH Dont bring his sorry ass in here...besides...dont be all upset because he's got a successful life.

  • @KagaKiyomitsu I don care he still sucks hahahaha

  • You know, I feel like the dis assembly could have been made exact to the actual colt 1911's. Yes this is a bb gun and some things have to be done different to accommodate the functionality, it still is a bummer though :) I got this gun, its a nice one. Feels both sturdy and reliable.

  • can you attach a silencer adapter onto this model? like, the one that screws into the nozzle.

  • @aJAWSOMEocelot yes u can.

  • @spyglass123 sweet, thanks!

  • And the FPS is?

  • is this a full metal 1911?

  • @RYUNOMI13TADEH nope :) only quality plastic

  • where'd u get it????????

  • PLEASE HELP ME!!! i have the same problem as shotgunsteve93. someone please respond.... PLEASE!

  • Great video. I have the same gun but I have a problem with my magazine. When I go to fill it with gas, it fills for about 1 sec and then acts like it is full. I can only shoot about six shots before it is empty. Does anyone know what the problem is or what I should do to fix it?

  • do you know where i can get one of these please? I'm from UK but i cant seem to find one :S

  • @Lorcanproductions ZERO ONE.CO.UK XD AWESOME WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!

  • @carpdude2 thats a search engine optimization website, thanks mr.spammer :) or should i say utter prick =)

  • @KFCAirsoft gettin a little defensive there lol

  • i love how you said not actual speed when loading hahaha....but i think its a good thing yah did?

  • very good video, ill fav this video for when i get my M1911A1 so i know how to keep it in good condition

  • whats the song at the end

  • @striker6296 fortunate son by creedence clearwater revival

  • woulda been funny as hell if you woulda hit that fly or w/e it was at 1:36 XD, you woulda been WANTED status >.>

  • i dont understand why tm is the "best" i mean god knows how much u paid for that and u could get a full metal 1911 that shoots like 400 fps for 100 bucks.

  • If you watch the whole video, you would know how much I paid for it.

And when your "$100 400fps Full Metal 1911" breaks down after a few skirmishes, mine will still be kicking.

  • @KFCAirsoft thats why you get four of them lol jk

  • @Fallen385 FPS doesnt mean anything noob.

  • @Fallen385 FPS aint averything you know, yes it gives you a longer range, but the accuracy of TM is (out of the box) a lot better than most other brands, this added to the fact that TM makes high quality replica's is what makes it "the best" for a lot of airsofters... i'm a loyal fan of TM, but i can compare brands with a neutral mind.

  • @Fallen385 I rather gets a TM then custom it up for full metal. Full metal pistol for &100 bucks is China made pistol, dump.

  • its not really hard to feel.. unless your wearing a ghillie.

you can usually hear the THWACK of when it hits you.. so even if you were wearing padding the hit sound would still be enough to say weather or not you were hit

  • Ok. Thanks.

I wonder if its hard to feel because it only shoots 300 fps?

  • 300 fps stings like a bitch, and thats very g00d for a tm GBB, they normaly average 240

  • @SychoAirsoftSquad

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't TMs average 260-280 fps?

Also 300 FPS does not sting a bit. I got shot from 50 or so feet away with a gun shooting 330 fps and I couldn't feel it. (Maybe it was my clothes though Idk)

  • idk, my local 3 websites say like 80% of em fire like 240~260 ish but yeah, 300 does sting like hell from point blank on skin, i no that much XD

  • @SychoAirsoftSquad

Thats on HFC 134A A.K.A duster gas. It's really weak and TM recommends it but alot of people use propane in TMs anyway. Which will make you achieve about 300 fps.

And yeah point blank, bare skin hurts like hell from nearly everything.

  • Whats the stock accuracy of this gun? Groupings at 50 ft and 100 ft please.

Also max range on human target, and on can?

    Thanks.

  • The reivew is 2 years old. Gun has since been upgraded with a Guarder MBK , tightbore barrel, and aftermarket hop rubber. Sorry.

  • What kind of groupings etc. are you getting with that at my specified distances?

  • I havent measured out distances. I usually pull the pistol only when entering buildings, or I want to do a rubber knife or grenade and pistol suicide rush. With it upgraded I know I can easily hit a torso sized target out to 100ft.

  • @KFCAirsoft lewl i can hit a head easily out to 100 feet away

  • haha :D with what?

  • @rampe9 well a gun what else ? lol or my LAZER VISION

  • well what kinda gun?

  • @rampe9 well what else the best gun in the world its non lethal but can still kill A SQUIRT GUUNN!! :D lol..

  • ....

  • @rampe9 hehe

  • @rampe9 your annoyed i see so im gonna tell you what gun...................A REVOLVER lol

  • ha :D you wish

  • @rampe9 i do lol xD

  • good review, will be very helpful when disassembling and maintaining mine when i buy it, thanks.

  • an army jacket and jeans, smooth.

  • Mintythefoxy comment to get WE 1911 full metal over the TM .. Get the full metal.. it and the TM have the exact same fireing.. i own both and if i could do it again id only get the WE, after the 320 i paid for the tm the metal kit was another 125.. the WE had all that and actually shot a bit better imo.

  • There is no way you had a we 1911 and a tm 1911 full metal and said the we 1911 was better.

  • HLY CRAP THAT SOUNDS ALMOST REAL!

  • is the frame metal??

  • ABS plastic.

  • This is the government edition of the M1911. Rails weren't needed when this was made...

  • Some times the gas in the runs out before the clip is emptied. Other wise best airsoft i have owned.

  • Wery profesional review. Thank you.

  • Hey, fab review, really enjoyed it. Im thinking of buying the WE 1911, ever had any expirience with it? its full metal, looks pretty nice. Its either that, or this TMm1911a1, and im not sure which to get... any advice?

    Thanks bud

    XxxX

    Minty

  • I have not had any experience with the WE version. If I had to choose again, I would still go with the Marui. Since I bought this gun, I have bought custom made wood grips, and i have installed Guarder upgrade springs into the gun and it has some great kick.

Keep watching this channel for a review of my soon-to-be upgraded TM Desert Eagle coming in a couple weeks.

  • Hi is it possible to just use propane gas for this gun..please reply thanks.

  • Sleight of Hand 0:58 LOL

  • Finnaly i got it! Bought it last week and i love it ... Awesome gun! Shoots hard, and i dont give a crap about the gas usage. Worth the money.

  • dude plz reaply wat gas does this gun use plz plz plz tell me

  • Green Gas / Propane

  • What about HFC134a?

  • you can this same gun that fire blank. MUCH MMORE realistic. it would be the same as the real gun except it wouldnt fire bullets

  • Man I'm looking for a site that sells this AND ships to canada.

I found some but they're all sold out ;(

  • What was the song at the end? Lol

  • Creedence Clearwater Revival - Fortunate Son

  • Thanks mate

  • did you have an orgasm at the end

  • Yeah I think he had one over the gun. LOL!

It must be a good gun.

  • Rofl

  • Dude, this review absolutely made me change my mind about GBBs. I'm so gettin' one - and it's gonna be a Marui M1911A1! Yup, I ain't takin no chances with my first GBB! Helluva nice review btw :)

  • Just to let everyone know, it has almost been 2 years since I made the "First Impressions" video. And I have left this gun bone stock for the duration, and I have been running on a mix of Green Gas and propane and it still shoots as good as day 1.

  • omg ur getting bombed!

  • that was the best review i have ever seen keep it up man!

  • so did you buy a new outer barrel or did you pull the orange tip off??

  • As stated many times, the orange was painted on my barrel. So I could not pull it off. Just recently I used Acetone nail polish remover to take off the paint quite easily.

  • guyz plz answer!!!!!-Where I can Find a TM M1911A1??????? is there a site that delivers pieces to Greece???????????? {waiting for answer, desperated Peter} Tnx.

  • Hm... I believe Spartan Imports has a web store in greece, google them.

  • thanks iv been trying to find a vid that shows how to take the slide off

  • Good review, you obviously know how to take care of your gun. TM rocks, AND SO DOES THE ENDING SONG! (It came on as I was typing).

  • o you buy 140 usd

  • man i have Queeson a this gun full metal

  • No. It is made mostly of ABS plastic.

  • when you got your gun did you have to order a different frame to get rid of the orange tip? or did you buy the gun with out it.?

  • The gun has the orange tip. It is on the outer barrel, not on the slide.

  • nice vid thx!

  • "No actual speed" lol

  • Where did you buy this? I want to buy one of these with only the barrel painted orange, not the whole slide. It'll totally ruin the look.

  • Oops it says Trinity Airsoft at the end. But I was looking at the product page on their site, but it was selling for ~$150, and the pictures they displayed have orange on the slide. What do you think?

  • They had the same photos when I bought it. But I have a friend who ordered one from airsoftsmith (dot) com and his just came with a little orange tip glued to the barrel. All it took was a pair of pliers to take it off.

  • how do you know whaen it's full with gas ?

  • The gas will start spraying out of the sides of the mags.

  • love the end

  • ok thank u now i no were to lube it when it comes in

  • Mine didn't have paint on the slide, only the Outer barrel. Its extremely hard to match the parkerized finish TM put on the gun. So my advice is to carefully use small amounts of nail polish remover on the orange.

  • i dont suppose you know where i can get the internals for the slide because mine broke and all ive got now is an empty slide.

  • what was the thing you sprayed at 2:20 ?maybe a stupid question

  • It was 100% silicon oil. It keeps the rubber parts safe so they dont dry out.

  • ive see pics of the gun and it has orange on the tip of the slide... how did you get rid of the orange on the slide. was it a sticker, or did you paint over it, if you painted over it tell me what color to use

  • If you do buy an airsoft pistol that has paint on the slide, simply use some paint thinner, rubbing alcohol, or nail-polish remover (I've raided my sisters room for it in the past since it's a weaker form of paint thinnner.)

However, DO NOT remove the paint until your warrenty officially expires, or else you'll void the warrenty and end up on shit creek without a paddle. Also, I suggest you get your hands on a removable blaze orange plug. Most airsoft fields will throw you out without one.

  • green gas or does it have o be the HFC 134a?

  • I personally use Green Gas, it shows no negative signs of wear. While some people will swear by HFC 134a, these guns are made to handle Green.

  • yeah i aggree with Germfree Six do you think real parts could be put in it

  • I do disassemble it for the most part in the video. A real barrel and slide will not work, the airsoft versions have special grooves and slots for specialty parts like the blowback chamber and mechanism. Real grips are known to work with a little dremmeling.

  • i heard it comes apart a lot like a real one .if it does i wonder if some real parts could be put on like the slide, grips or even a real barrel

  • There are very few parts that can be interchanged between a real pistol and a airsoft pistol. The grips from a real gun could be put onto a airsoft, but it all depends on the make and size of the screws that keep the grip on the gun. You couldn't use a trigger or hammer from a real gun, and I highly advise against from using a real barrel on an airsoft gun. Aside from the obvious fact that you would be wasting gas with a real barrel, but theres the chance that the barrel may not fit in right.

  • A real barrel would include the actual loading ramp for a bullet/cartridge. A real slide would not have an area for the blowback/bb nozzle mechanism to seat. Grips as KFC says, may require some minor modification.

  • In next video plz if you tell about this goverment plz tell where is HopUp

  • Sure, Ill make a follow up video soon and explain a few more things.

  • Remove the slide, look right in the center where the inner barrel meets the outer barrel. That black piece coming out of the outer barrel is the hop up mech, more specifically, the hop up is adjusted via a little wheel on the side of it. It says

    "Hop -->" next to it.

  • Oh my goodness! What gloves are you using during the firing test?! I need to buy a pair for my suit that i'm putting together! If anyone knows please speak up!

  • Lulz, they are generic fingerless gloves from a hardware store. SUG I believe is the brand, I have since removed the logo.

  • What MBK did you get? I saw in one of your comments that you were waiting for it to come in or somthing. Better not be a cheapo Guarder :P

How come I never see you on forums?

  • I was planning on getting a guarder. Im on plenty of forums, ASR, MidwestAirsofters, AMPAir, Michigan Airsofters. I stick mostly to the local ones, except ASR.

  • Ah, I see. Well I wouldn't suggest going with Guarder.. though the choice is yours. You should swing over to ASB sometime.. lots of us pistol builders there.

  • does any one know were i can get the TM Spring and Spring guide for the TM M1911A1? i just got a WE M1911A1 but ive scene how loose the spring is so i want to see if i can swap them with the TM ones.

  • nice holster

  • no metal slide?

  • you can get them from redwolf and other places

  • what tye of gas doesit use???? and were can u get it??? i know most BBG use green gas but im not shure what type of gas the TM M1911A1 uses im looking into buying one soon.

  • Green Gas...buy mine.

  • There's this thing called Google.

  • nice... im getting one soon...

and i like the part after the credits

  • green gas... hm. Green gas with a tokyo marui is a big no no. the slide will eventually crack, but if you decide to upgrade, it's all good hahaha.

  • The new Tokyo Marui GBB line can safley take GG. The HiCapas, Desert Eagle, M1911A1, and Glock 17 can all take it and have been proven to run safely with them. When I get my MBK kit in, Ill prove all of you dumbasses wrong shooting as many rounds through the slide on GG as I can.

  • hahaha, you obviously did not do your homework, buddy. Japan, were I came from, makes guns that run on hfc 134a, and being and constant airsofter myself, I can assure you guys that Japanese guns are NOT on good terms with gg. Just read reviews on how green gas teared some japanese gbb's to shreds. If you want to use green gas, go ahead, but I highly advice you to upgrade.

  • Yes, this is true with the earlier Tokyo Marui line of GBB's. There are some Japanese GBB's out there that are still made to be 100% efficent and safe on 134a, Tanaka, Marshuin to name the top 2. But the newer line of Tokyo Maruis are proven by airsofters to be 100% safe with Green Gas. The M1911A1, Glock 17, Hi-Capa series (INCLUDING THE NEW ONES), Desert Eagle. If I am forgetting anything, thats fine, this is enough proof to prove my point.

  • here.. you don't want any bullcrap from me, and vise versa. so. let me end this dilemma with a little something that will touch bases for you guys:

the MK23 is not so good eating GG.

M92f is also not so good at taking green gas

    The Glock

  • well you're an idiot

MK23 is a NON BLOWBACK, as it LESS WEAR THEN BLOWBACK. The mags are a little leaky but the gun itself is fine. Marui 92Fs run fine on green gas, I've been using a Samurai Edge for over a year. And I don't mean 1-2 mags per game, more like 15-20. Desert Eagles will break eventually, but they still take a while to.

  • KFCAirsoft is right newer TM pistols run FINE with GG.

  • nice gun1

  • what website can i go to to get one like this

  • dude nice its suck i live in colorado and to get good airsoft guns i have to buy online it sucks but 1911A1 is the shit good work

  • using green gas ?

  • Yup. It hasnt harmed the gun at all since I got it.

  • AWSOME how much is one and where can i buy one one in person??

  • It pretty much depends where you live. And they will run from $130-$150.

  • by order or buy in person? by the way i live in aurora colorado

  • It would be far easier to order. There aren't many airsoft shops around.

  • can i get one at wal mart?

  • walmart guns are crap. probably all springers and no gbbs.

  • actually i got a famas and a desert eagle and there not to bad

  • You have no chance of finding this gun in a Walmart. If you really want one, you gotta go online. Or to a real airsoft retailer.

  • probably not but i got two airsoft guns at walmart a famas and a desert eagle so now i can have airsoft fights with my friends so it doesn't matter

  • what site can i go to to get one like this?

  • sure, the kjw's are cheaper than tm's. tm's are very while made and include trademarks. While the kjw is a good firing gun it may not last as long or have any trademarks.

  • anyone mind telling me the difference between a KJW and TM 1911 ?

  • The KJW is full metal and has an extended barrel so that the orange tip is more visible TM looks better too

  • i see. thanks. i wanted to get a tokyo but the only thing my hometown shop has is the kjw

  • All right! merry christmas to me! Just got the gun today. Feels just like metal. After shooting about 3 clips i had a small jam, a pellet was stuck inthe barrel, i fixed it though. The clip spring is rigid, hard to hold abck and keep back without it hurting my finger tip, thankgod for spout loaders.

    Best gun i've owned.

  • Oh! also, when i got my gun the orange tip was on the barrel, not the slide. Woo!

  • that's a very nice gun !!! but what is the name of the song in the end !!!

  • If Im not mistaken and this is the right review, that should be Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater Revival.

  • How often are you supposed to do maintainence?

    (did i write it correctly?)

  • I'd say 2 weeks, or every time you use it.

At minmal once a month to keep top perfomance.
