@piepusher11 He doesn't lose any speed. In some cases, like this one, you can literally just nick the wall and not lose speed, which would be the perfect corner. He didn't do it on the other two laps because it's so hard to do. You probably have to be at the correct pixel to do it. This lap 1 corner was just BARELY tighter than the laps 2 and 3 ones, and only saves a tiny, tiny bit of time, like just a couple milliseconds.

you are hitting the wall with a certain placement and at a certain point in order to get one of those

the difference between wall clip and normal very tight turning mostly is less than 0.005

also wall clips are very hard to do and at very much spots they are luck based

Maybe the last lap geysers are faster because on laps 1 and 2, when you chain tricks together (trick and then land on another geyser and immediately trick again), you're going 100/108 KPH because the boost from the trick doesn't really take effect. On lap 3, you spent more time on the ground, and you get the full 120 KPH boost before tricking again. It MAY be better to trick, get the full 120 KPH boost, then trick again. (I tried to give an explanation, probably incorrect though).
