Why do you think they did that? They flew F15 Eagles against the flankers bc they wanted to lose on purpose so that they could get their budget increased, in a time when Congress wants to decrease US defence budget. The only advantage the flankers had was their electronic counter measures, such as radio/radar jammers. Those dont win you a dogfight in WVR combat.
PS -- we just had recent naval exercizes with the Australian navy. and exercises with the Turkish Air Force

I was just in Islamabad a week back. Yes there are a lot of fortress-like enhancements in Diplomatic Enclaves and checkpoints on da road. We dont want to be like mumbai which couldnt stop 10 drunken terrorists. That would be too embarassing for us to not stop 10 lightly armed guys for over 65 hours. Hope you understand.=)

According to the americans pakistan does have an edge. I see you are referring to Hindustan. I wasent. Anyway, considering military technology, they do. Considering the mere numbers of fighters and tanks and public, they dont. But the matter of the fact is, that 1 billion vs. 170 mill. Pakistan has balanced out especially Hindustan in SEA.

i dnt think pak has any edge in terms of technology.....(its far behind in terms of military budget and numbers)......pak doesnt have any anti-ballistic missile system.....its jus 'developing' the falco.....it doesn't have any nuclear submarines......its babur missile works on GPS wich is useless widout american support bcoz pakistan has no gps......pakistan has no aircraft carriers....india has a far better space tech and Glossus...there are many more but these are jus on a broader line...
