OMG. What a historic night, I still get chills hearing "Barack Obama the 44th President"! I was excited during this night, however being one of the 9+ percent unemployed job searchers in this "jobless" recovery, I've had it with this man. I always think back to his his trip to India where he lied to our faces saying that Indians was not taking America jobs and I can only seethe with anger at his total weakness. They say the Repubs are worse but at least I was able to fnd work under Bush.

Speaking from across the Altantic in Scotland - I rememer him being announced as president, I watched it live in the hours of dawn on the 5th of November. Never before had I seen such hope and joy in any electoral result. It was wonderful to watch and I still remember the terminology used by our own political presenters,l mainly David Frost...'We' for Obama, and 'they' for the republicans. YES WE DID!!!!! :)
