neither of you are right. America and russia did play big roles in the war, but they weren't the only ones fighting. English, French, Canadians, Australians, North africans and soldiers from many other countries fought and lost their lives. If Germany had been fighting one on one with Russia or USA, she would have won. And if the war had lasted one or two more years, she would most likely have won, against American AND Russia. That's how powerfull she had become.

true for the most part, though a few more years probably would of only change the amount of atomic bombs dropped, god forbid. the fact is that weapon at that time was unchallenged and usable, so first ones to get it were going to most likely win, but yes Germany was incredibly strong, We didn't do shit on our own, and had we never got the A-bomb and Germany didn't prematurely attack Russia to fight on two flanks it would be very different world
