@lgdofa - Yes, you can. Many die of this ailment. It doesn't matter what drugs you take. Sometimes it can help, sometimes it doesn't.

I was diagnosed with SLE (Systemic Lupus Eurythomatosis) in 2003. I know more than the doctors! ;o)

@lgdofa I was diagnosed 10+yrs ago with Lupus (SLE) & Sjogren's disease in the moderate to severe stages. To answer your question, there IS NO CURE AVAILABLE YET for Lupus. But, there are foundations like Alliance for Lupus, Lupus Foundation of America, & an International Lupus Foundation working on a cure as well as meds to make life living w/lupus better, less painful, & lengthening our lives so we may be around when the cure is discovered, hopefully b4 lupus does too much damage to our bodies
