I'm pretty sure that's in Japanese Yen, which is about 1/100 of a US dollar, therefore that 31million would equal to about $325,000.00 US, so that means the original price for the car would be around 1.2million like many of the other top supercars featured in GT3.

@Instructinator you are confused by GT4, but don't feel bad because many of the cars in GT4 you can actually buy if you have the money, where in GT3 you have to unlock them by doing a certain series race which can be a pain in the ass. Whenever you sell a car on either of the games it will always be worth ¼ of the original value, so in GT3 when you go to check the car value and it says around 1M then you know for sure that originally it was worth about 4M, so it checks out.

@ERCNERBERT cuz in my opinion GT3s graphics were better than 4s and i think they ported all the cars from GT4 instead of 3. There are some cars from 3 that were ported, like the old Mini Cooper, although some cars that are standard look semi-premium, like this Diablo. Maybe its just my TV. Im using an HDMI cable.

@kawasakiwax I'm not really an expert on this stuff, but if you want this car in the American game (NTSC) then it can be achieved by using a Gameshark cheat device. In the Japanese version (NTSC-J) it can be bought from the dealership and in the European version (PAL) it is not available at all.

That car looks awesome, a shame it was only available in the Japanese GT3. NTSC can only get it by AR and hacing, whilst PAL doesnt have it at all. The good news is that this car will be in GT5

@Mikeado66 It's under the name Nomad in GT3. Either way it is a Lamborghini. I think Nomad was a team that ran the car in it's own race series but I'm not sure. S

It cannot be purchased but it can be obtained using cheats. There are certain codes available if you have a gameshark or similar product. I would give you the codes but there are a variety of cheat devices that can be used so you will have to tell me whether you have a cheat device as if you do not have one this car cannot be obtained.
