Either way it is up to the official to call for a stop in play. I agree that a team should kick the ball out if there is a player down, but it is something that they dont HAVE to do. I am a Crew fan so I dont really care for either team.

Fair play? I dont understand. Are you saying that a team who is on the attack should kick the ball out because there is a player down on the other team? I mean if they were just passing it around at mid-field or something I would say they should kick it out, but not if they are attacking.

If I remember correctly they didn't start attacking when Castro went down, as a matter of fact Conway even kicked the ball up. And if I also remember correctly we were on a promising attack at one point and had to play the ball out because of an injured Red Bull player.
