when you have the sword i found that activating rage of the titans and using cronos' rage. he stays stuned as you rip his face off. when he takes the swordyou just attack slightly out of is reach. his attacks are easy to doge when he has the sword.

yeah, turns out that kratos is his son, and that the legend says that the leder of the world (or something like that) will be killed by his son. if you want to watch the vidoes in the game you can search for god of war pt.1 (it goes up to 8)
