$1.50 PER TRANSFER IS NOT ENOUGH! 5 cents per call is not enough as well. It should be $20 per transfer. 20 cents per call. The diaspora needs to be forced to get more involved in Haiti. On top of education, the money should go into developing Haiti's agriculture and isolating one area (e.g., Jacmel, Tortuga, Les Cayemites, La Gonave, Ile A vache) for tourism. We need to create jobs in Haiti. Haiti is no longer the number one corrupted country. There are ways to verify if the money is stolen.
