  • So sad, Newt Ginkbitch looks just like him.

  • its too bad he died broke like many old time comedians.

  • good eevning viewers!!!!!! *salutes*

It's such a shame that Benny Hill, The Goodies, Dick Emery etc.. are all considered offensice these days. Fuck PC shit!

  • may he never be forgotten! we made a tribute to him at the end of our xmas videos - it's the same footage at the end of each episode so you only need to check one but think you'll find it worth it, cheers

  • I just love this man...I will never forget:))))))

  • U always kept us laughing all the way though midnight..........I am sure u r still having fun up there.......with Charlie Chaplin, Harold Llyod and the gang....

  • benny hill the best

  • I remember one episode of Benny Hill in which Benny was throwing bushes at a woman that would not let him alone. He was was like " Go away madam Go away" as he threw bushes at her. My friend and I had watched it once when we were young teens on vacation down Cape Cod after having just smoked some weed. Dude I laughed my ass off.

  • He looks a little like John Wayne Gacy.

  • the DISLIKERS are some fu..cking nerds that dont have sence of houmor and they never laughed in their lifes

  • great tribute to a great comedian

  • Tony Blair somehow declared that Benny Hill was a shame of the nation, but in fact Blair himself was and is the shame of the nation.

  • Your right he suffered from a heart attack and died peacefully in his london flat, was found later still sitting in his armchair. And also he will never be forgotten, he is most likely more famous then chaplin or keaton. God i can still laugh about him despite the fact that i seen his shows several times.

  • He was always brilliant. I can't hear Yackety Yak without envisioning the closing scene of his show.

  • @pooh52 He was great, unfortunately the writer of Yakety Yax passed away not long ago

  • gosh..he's the funniest comedian man i misses very much.i love benny hill and the old guy in every episode

  • Jacky Wright i think you mean.

  • @McFerryn u mean the old guy name is jacky wright?

  • @SachikoSama44 Jup the bald small one, the big bald one is bob todd and the thin one is henry mcgee :-)

  • @SachikoSama44 Yup. the bald one which he tapps on the head all the time is called jacky wright, you find him on goolge either under jack or jackie or jacky wright.

  • @SachikoSama44 Jacky Wright i think you mean.

  • @SachikoSama44 Jacky Wright i think you mean.

  • this man was a genius...for me "comedy"= Benny Hill...

  • It's a shame the dvds don't have subtitles. It's hard to catch all the puns ans jokes if you're a foreigner.

  • benny was going to do a series of three 50 minute shows

  • When he was in a cafe with an interviewer, he was revealed to be a nice, un-assuming, average man. And was about to begin a new show series of some type, but passed away quietly in his apartment. A comedic genius, a loss to his fans and friends.

  • GOOD NEWS!! RERUNS OF "THE BENNY HILL SHOW" ARE NOW RUNNING ON THE CABLE CHANNEL "ANTENNA TV"!!

EVERY FRIDAY EVENING, STARTING AT 11 PM IN THE EAST, SIX EPISODES RUN BACK-TO-BACK FOR THREE HOURS!! ENJOY!!

  • He was the biggest most disgusting pervert known to man and I wish I was more like him because he was toooooo funny when I was a kid.

  • He died at 1992 at age of 68 sitting on the arm-chair infront of television.

  • QUE GENIO BENNY!!

  • quality show, brings back a lot of good memories from my childhood,

    Thanks benny, RIP

  • i think we must make a lot of videos like this because through of us will benny hill be forever alive and the new generation that never saw him will understand why he is always in our life in funny times and in sad times . when we all hear the song of his show we laugh only of thinking him .so please make a lot of videos like this and put all of your art people because he also has done a lot for us , his faithul audience.

  • The new American Benny Hill is Pretty Paul Parsons. His youtube site is limited right now, but we're just getting started. He's 71 yrs old.

  • "How to approach a woman" is in the suggestions, and theres a picture of a woman in only her bra and underwear. So I'm guessing I'm supposed to play this song while walking fast towards her bed, lookin like a guy in some sped up video?

  • Great job!

  • RIP Benny, thanks for the laughs. You made us pee in our pants since we were kids!

  • Music =lolloolololoolololol l I love that song

  • He will and forever will be a LEGEND

  • he made me laugh so much growing up i love him he stills cracks me up

  • nqmanner ты придурак ,кому твое мнение интересно,это величайший юморист!a great sense of humor!

  • говно. Хуевый гомик, то есть комик.

  • he died from depration

  • He was a great comedian. He made the whole world laugh. I remember his Great song,Ernie The Fastest Milkman In The West. Whenever I think of it or play it I think of him , where it says " He didn't want to die....

  • @fenechc The "Garden Of Love" was another great song... "there's a beetroot for the day you said you'd be true-oot to me" lol

  • It was always so much laughing with him, the nicest girls, his little *old friend*, that tune and the up-tempo sketches...:-) My father dear was really a fan, although he was very classical (in music only, not so severe in classical education-). Lovely memories on Benny* He was so relativating the world we are living in!

  • Benny Hill and Monty Python were Britans best comideans

  • @nappytownkid I Dont think there the best but there in hugh list of the best comedians Britain has ever had.

  • Benny Hill is sexist, and I love him.

  • One of the best comedians ever

  • Benny was informed that he was over weight ,and needed a heart by-pass surgery, which he opted not to have ,a few months later he had kidney problems ,and sadly enough he was found dead,at home ,in a chair in front of his T.V.

    Heart attack!!!

  • Mr Bean cant even clear his shoes. Benny Hill was pure genius. Greetings from Italy.

  • A neat and fitting tribute - well done! That man could make me cry with

laughter. A great talent overtaken by the toadies of political correctness and

sexism who will never be remembered for anything other than being mean-spirited

    and disposable themselves.

  • 0:18 Leonardo di Caprio big brother

  • reminds me of bein a kid again.benny hill, dukes of hazzard and starwars!

  • he died on my birthday!!! one of the greatest if not THE greatest. didn't leave the hill's angels any money in his will though grrrrr

  • He was a comic genius in so many areas. I think he was unappreciated and criticized for his double entendre humor. Always loved him and still do. Odd that he never owned a home or a car and was turned down 3 times by women he asked to marry . Hard to think someone that creative could be lonely :( RIP Benny ( Alfred ) we miss you!

  • Benny Hill was so awesome. He always had beautiful women on the show and was a master at self-deprecating humor. I really miss those nights spent watching him and his goofy sidekicks.

  • Comment removed

  • Farce at it's highest level, Benny Hill was unmatched.

  • Great classic show.

  • i loved watching benny hill he was so funny.

  • Genius.

  • Real comic, I loved it.

  • It is for persons like benny hill that life is not totally ugly.

    Rest in peace, giant!

  • Comic genius! We miss you Bennie! RIP

  • Poor guy that died early. The looks on his face are just great, he must have studied under John Banner or something to be able to do that!

  • born in day 20 died in day 21 classic 1 days comedy . ▼

  • Benny Hill, imho, is the best comic of 20th century

  • i loved this show...

  • Tragic that Benny died alone and broken. He gave up so he didnt bother having heart surgery and the very day he died, there was a contract for a new show in his mail.

  • I just got the Benny Hill boxset and rediscovered what a genius he was. He could appeal to anybody: kids (like I was when I first watched him) loved the slapstick and the famous chase scenes. Adults will laugh at his songs, innuendos and one-liners. From a 2011 point of view, the scantily clad women were not indecent. It was part the joke and the fun. Even the males had their pants ripped off by a door or something. Hill, Gleason, Skelton...these top TV clowns all had a gift for mime. Miss u BH

  • This is not the best video in the world, this it's just a tribute

  • Miss Benny so much!

  • i grew up watching benny. great stuff still to this day

  • That bunch of fustrated left wing arseholes ruined what was one of the best shows ever made. Benny Hill is King!!!

  • The Zeus of comedy

  • When I see this poitically incorrect stuff that makes harriet (my uncle is lord longford) harman and her sex hating cronies spit blood it makes me wonder how bad the world was back in those days.

  • btw : u 69 haters shud jump off a cliff

  • great tribute vid to the master

  • good old Benny..i like watch him like child...time goes...

    she died??

    :(

  • The man was born to entertain - I'm not sure I can think of anyone else who could use expressions and posture and innuendo so perfectly. Sometimes subtle, sometimes in your face, but he hardly even had to say a word to get me laughing to the point of agony.

  • what did he died from?

  • @PP1969GR Heart attack but not sure about that.

  • @Nimrodax Kidney failure

  • @Nimrodax From what I've read he died of a heart attack in his home, he was just sittin on his chair and someone found him dead. I think he died of a lonely heart, he never married if I ain't mistaken, nor had kids

  • @Nimrodax He was told by his Doctor to lose weight and that he needed heart bypass surgery, but he refused. So not to long after, he suffered a fatal massive heart attack, while sitting in front of his TV alone...

  • @PP1969GR haha....died from.....swedish....haha

  • @PP1969GR

He said no thanks to a by pass operation, and died short after in 1992.

In 1991 Thames Television fired Benny, due to bad ratings.

    The Show was his life.

    Very sad.

    God bless him.

  • @Chimbo65 I knew he was fired but why denied the operation??

  • @PP1969GR

He did not see any future, without his show,so he did`nt care about the

    operation.

    Old Benny gave up.

    Very sad.

  • @PP1969GR the reasons benny decided not to have the operation was there was only a 70 per cent of surviveing and he rather work himself back to health and didn't want the operation

  • @PP1969GR from laughter

  • died 1992

  • @PP1969GR Probably cocaine

  • @PP1969GR I searched his name through ask.com and found cardiovascular disease. He was 68 yrs, 3 mo. old.

  • @PP1969GR , Coronary Thrombosis (Heart Attack).

  • @PP1969GR On 22 April, neighbours called the police, who then found Hill, dead, sitting in his armchair in front of the television. On the day Hill died, a new contract arrived in the post from Central Independent Television. Hill's cause of death was officially called coronary thrombosis.

  • @PP1969GR he's dead?:|

  • @BanetSarbu More then 1 million view just for this little video in 4 years. That means, no, he is not dead and never will be.

  • @Nimrodax yes i understand your point view but i speack seriously:|isn't?

  • @Nimrodax I love benny!!!

  • @Nimrodax he died when he was 68 years old in april 20 1992

  • @BanetSarbu he has died in 1992 some 19 years ago but hes shows will remain for ever

  • @octavdesinger i understand thanks for answer

  • @PP1969GR HE DIED OF KIDNEY FAILURE

  • @PP1969GR Humors?

  • 0:34 lol clown music

  • the name of the song is benny hill if you want it on spotify

  • un grande!!!.. anzi grandissimo!

  • Great video, thanks for posting. If anyone likes the tune check out Chet Atkins "Yakerty Axe" on Youtube. Thanks again.

  • Fantastic video thank you so much for posting.

  • I was lucky enough to see him at one the TV shows in 1988. He was brilliant and a true comedy legend.

  • Love u Benny (in a straight way)!

  • It was ITV that ruined Benny Hill, nit just his career but his life in general. ITV cut his show on a saturday, even though it drew the highest audiences out of all the programmes they still axed it! It broke his heart after everything he done for them! They done the same to Freddy Starr, and many other greats! Its a shame because Television was much much better back in the day of comedy with stars such as Benny & Freddy. I HATE ITV due to this!! RIP Benny..... always loved!

  • A man beloved in many many countries... Salutes from Argentina...

  • At 0:18, is that Jane Leeves of Frasier fame?

  • @gedias1 Likely. She was indeed one of Hill's Angels

  • @gedias1 It is indeed! She was a semi-regular dancer/actress on his later shows. Be interesting if she shared her memories of the Ben with fans here in YT.

  • I wish they'd replay his shows on TV, him and Monty Python. Are we all supposed to laugh at this reality crap now?

  • A true comedy genius...i begin to smile every time i think about the theme song, or just imagine the expression on his face in some scenes...the world is a poorer place without Benny Hill...

    RIP.

  • what a great & funny talent!

  • Perhaps the funniest man who ever lived. Just looking at his photos makes me smile. When you realize that he also wrote all of his own songs and music, and also wrote all the skits, you realize what a comic genius he was. Its too bad he was a lonely person in his personal life, and died alone. An unforgettable man.

  • @paktype Only one who is better is then him is Monty Python. (thats my opinion tough) :P

  • @paktype he actually preposed to three women but the all said no , he loved france he was a franconatic , and spend a lot of time with his nieces and nephews

  • is he alive???

  • Legend,no more to say.

  • This man was too funny, I remember watching this as a child.

  • The best comedian to come out of London! I was very young when I watched this show! I liked the scrappy ole man he kept spanking on the head and the funny stop motion chases at the end of his episodes! This video reminds me of all the personas he played in his episodes!

  • Benny was the man my he rest in peace and chase around angels in heaven.

  • I miss this guy.

  • Been having a ball checking out these old clips of a true comedy legend on Youtube. He died too early, especially with the banal PC movement kicking in right around the time he passed. COME BACK Benny, we need your irreverent and playful take on life now, more than ever!

  • Man.. i loved the Benny Hill Show,, always cracked me up laughing

    good, down to earth comedy.

    ~PC~

  • Did you made this with Windows movie maker?

  • @FireWalker6666 Yes and if I remember correctly it was even an older version. Was a real nightmare to work with it as often crashed randomly. The actual version is more usable and stable, perfect for this kind of small videos.

  • FUNNIEST MAN ON THE PLANET!!!

  • tribute. rip. genius for his day.

  • classic just classic !!!!

  • Good tribute video, but don't feed the trolls!

They will crawl back under a rock if you don't feed them!

  • i`ved never sean that show in my life

  • When I created this tribute video there was no result for Benny Hill on YouTube. Now finally you can see some cuts of his shows, this is a must see if you want to learn about the history of comedy.

  • @DrBjamin That was rude! :(
