Anyone notice that noone tries to help her- they just except this for something to laugh at. Despair is not funny to me, and this poor young girl looks pretty desperate for a lifestyle change.

I recall a woman in my old neigh. who use to act just like that...I don't know what she was on...crack or heroin, but she looked bad. One day while I was standing at the bus stop she walked over to me and struck up an conversation...she sounded so smart as she was telling me how she became a drug addict and she told me to never ever get on drugs. And thank God I never have to this day.
