To Tribaldragon73: My Grandfather was also on Iwo Jima. He was in the second wave, in the 5th Marine Divison. I show a lot of pride in my Grandfather, and I'm glad to see that you have so much pride for your grandfather as well. I am often moved to tears, hearing some of those stories he tells me. I hold on to those dearly, and often brag about my Grandfather. I truly enjoyed these photos, and I am greatful to see someone as you, w/ the sam pride for our grandfathers, who served the U.S.

My late father was a Navajo Code Talker with the 5th Marine Division and was WIA. Somewhere in the masses of destruction, obviously two young men from different cultures aspired for one thing from their Heavenly Father,... to return home. Its nice to know two out of thousands, have criss-crossed finally here on cyberspace. My dad would have enjoyed this short video of Mr. Warren. Thanks and Semper Fi
