hey buddy. Basically you just ogtta find a wrestling schoool in your area (or as close as posible) and chat with the trainer there. There is a lot of research you should do before picking one though, as some can be very shady or questionable. find out the ties to the industry the have and def make sure they are connected to a wrestling promotion of some kind before you use them
