  • I never knew a machine like this existed? Do you know if these are available in stores? I have the pasta attachments for my Kitchenaid but it only does spaghetti and fettucini and I'm itching to try a tubular or ziti-like pasta with the flat dough. This would be perfect! Otherwise, I usually do the cavatellis off of my thumb by hand and it's a lot of work for my super large Italian family! Thanks!

  • You can usually find these machines in almost any Italian store. They import them from Italy. Trust me it saves a lot of time. Doing it by hand takes forever.
