I love the sisters in general. The Sisters of the Presentation of Mary taught me through my eight years of grammar school, and I have an aunt who is among their numbers. A fine group of people! I still remember many of them from Holy Cross School in Lewiston, Maine : Soeur Bertrand-Marie (1st grade), Sister Mary-Oliver (3rd grade), Soeur Rose-Hélène (4th grade), Sister Anita Demuth (5th and 6th grades), Soeur St.-Yves (6th grade), Soeur Florence Paradis and Sister Michelle Doyon (7th grade).
I was also taught by the Presentation Sisters and truthfully, I can't say I loved them at that time! However as I mature and reflect, I realise how fortunate I am to have been educated by a truely dedicated group of women, and how much I owe to them. I will not be applying to enter the convent, as my life has veered into marraige. ( I'm sure I would not be a suitable candidate anyway ) I would simply like to say a big thank you.
from 1960 to 1967 I went to ecol st jean bapteste. at that time the sisters names were given to them. I remember suore st tereise, suore st favian, suore angel. sorry for the bad spelling

This is lovely. I was taught for 10 years by the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary and I loved them very much.
