Its supposed to be an opening for a random anime and its generic in the sense that its just so weird and random and most of the lyrics were lost in translation like most anime openings

@itzcoo The Anime is FLCL, my fourth favorite anime, and it was on adult swim, and I think they are currently showing it at 3am or 3:30am on Saturdays on adult swim. Unless you are thinking of paranoia agent, which was also on adult swim where a kid called Lil Slugger with a bent baseball bat on rollerskates went around killing people or something(I only saw one or 2 episodes)
