. here's a tip when no ones looking take a pin and poke a small hole in the box. Look through to find a recognizable peice to get what you want.

@MKWFreeze1 Toy's R Us is that privileged child of the department store world. Some have already started selling the minifigures in different parts of the US (if not the world). Series 5 is already available for pre-order on the TRU website. The LEGO Stores at certain theme parks have also begun selling them (most notably in Billund, Denmark).

the face of the dwarf is the same face as blackbeard except painted yellow lol

LEGO does not use paint in any of its products. Everything is molded in a certain color. For minifigure heads, they are molded with yellow ABS plastic, then the faces are printed onto the head. In the case of the Dwarf, it is not the same as Blackbeard. There are several differences between the two.
