well love this game just saw and started playing this game series last 2weeks i guess... finished dawn of war,Winter Assault ,Dark Crusade and this im currently playing Soul storm just finished the 2 planets 2 more and 1 moon well yeah i just finished each game in the series with Space Marines well i just love them and like them for their awesomeness and their units are balanced.. well the bad thing about here is imperialguards,sisters are fighting spacemarines=( well space marines are good guys

This game was ok at first..... but then I realize how bad it was when the Tau cut off my waagh from the main planet after camping for a million turns while I took out the blood ravens. Overall, the Sisters of Battle are cool. They make really good sandwiches. Nothing beats an Imperial Sandwich made by a Sister of Battle in the Great Kitchen of the Mighty Imperium.

@urukwarlord Tyranids existed on the 40k board game aproximently 6-7 years before blizzard came with the idea to work with games workshop to make a warhammer 40k game. It got canceled when the two parts couldn´t come down to a mutual agreement and also GW was being picky about alot of details. So blizzard flipped them the bird and created starcraft wich was based on the 40k idea. Terrans= Space Marines, Zerg= Tyranids and Protoss = Tau The similarity is inevitable cause they based it ON 40k

Maybe during middle ages it did when swords and spears were used and close combat was most of time way of fighting but now we are talking about aiming assault rifle before pulling its trigger. Besides its also fact that women can stand pain better than we men. Besides women can also learn marshal arts if you need to train them for possible close combat.

If modern warfare were solely about 'aiming and pulling the trigger', we'd have started recruiting CoD players a long time ago. Marching for hours on end with very heavy gear, on the other hand, DOES require strength and endurance. Regiments like the SAS do have back-breaking selection tests for a reason.

Women having a higher pain threshold isn't a fact. It's still being debated.

Besides women that are in good condition do have needed endurance that march for hours with heavy gear just like men that are in good condition. There is no reason to underestimate them just becouse they don't have penis between they legs. Why would otherwise there be women fighting in ranks of US military if they were not up to it.

For this reason, women often aren't allowed into infantry roles.

That isn't being sexist or arrogant, no more than stating that the average woman has a longer lifespan than the average man, or that men cannot give birth.

Who won the Soulstorm? Space marines won the original one (no surprise), Winter Assault is probably won by Imperial guard, Dark Crusade won by Blood Ravens again, but what with Soulstorm? I`ve heard that it was won by necrons or Imperial guard, but I am not sure taht any of this statements are official. The only clear thing that it was not Space marines.

The one problem I have with this game is the scripting. When you assault an enemy's headquarters, the commanders don't sound nearly as confident or as powerful as they did in Dark Crusade. Also Selena's lines in this opening (and what she says when you attack her main base) are really... Bad. Other than that, this game is awesome!
