Wow, FSX looks gorgeous here...you must have a lot of graphics add-ons and be running a supercomputer!
I've been considering buying RC4 but based on this the ATC sounds pretty awful. If anything, the fact it's pre-recorded instead of synthesized makes it sound more robotic than default...
it sounds like u r in a diferent dimension... lol, sounds weird... it just dosent sound right... other than the ATC, everything else its cool... great video...
Oh ok! GameCam is better than Fraps, it uses less system resources, which increase performance in these videos, and are smaller video size which allows longer videos with less space. It does have a problem though in fog with FS9 built aircraft. FS-Recorder is not a video recorder, but an ingame recorder, similar to instant replay, but allows the recording of the entire flight, so you can play it back later with different views.
Same as fraps, free in demo mode with purchase option. FS-Recorder is free but donation is encouraged. You can get it at fs-recorder . net (Remove spaces)
i use World Of AI Airline packages. There free and include the aircraft, liveries, and flightplans, but you need to download each airline one by one and run them through an installer. You can install multiple airlines at a time though!!
hes such and idiot. when hes about to take off they say "rotate" that means hes supposed to pull back to take off but he doesnt pull back until like 5 long sec later
If you read my comments, you'd see that this is a merge of the CS-757 with the systems of the LDS-767, so the V speed callouts are off. Do you really want me to rotate at 109 knts in a 757? I don't think I'd get too far. 140-145 is a much more appropriate speed to rotate a jet this size.
thanks for the info, also with the flightplans, the ones i have are preprogramed from avsim, now they give me all the waypoints, but how would i know the correct runway and approach for my destination airport, the atc dont give me instructions throughout the flight, it only says request flight following? kind regards simon.
hi there, great vid my friend, i have fsx and im flying the leveld 767 300, iv just started to get uesed to the fmc, but could you tell me when the flight plan is all loaded in, can you stil fly the vfr with the defult atc?
Yo, nice vids. Really admire your skills. How is the handling of the capt. sim 757? is it very sensitive or does it have a slow roll rate? Oh and how much did it cost?
Nice video, I have purchased Radar Contact a little while ago, how long does it take them to respond to your e-mail from your expirence? Also, you rotated a little late on take-off, other then that, it was great.
Thanks! I actually didn't rotate late, as stated in the description this is a CS-757 with a merged LDS-767 panel, so the numbers ae a little off so called out vref speeds are to slow, For example V1 was 109knts. I rotated between 140-145knts.
There is an add-on which will give you accurate coastlines, road placement, and railroad placement called Ultimate Terrain X, so you could use that for your visual references. You can get it at flight1DOTcom.
No, as I stated in the description, this was a complex merge with a lot of trial and error, before it worked right, and there are still some (but manageable) issues, like incorrect V-speeds. It will do though until Block D/F is released, or the release of the LDS757.
Hey i was woundering i have the captain sim 757 but when i do a ils landing when it catches the glide slop it doesnt go down slowly it kind of dives and raises alot could you help?
As I mentioned in the description this is a merge of the Level-D 767 panel, so it has a functioning FMC, and systems like autoland, VNAV and LNAV operating. That's why the landings are so much smoother. On the other hand yours shouldn't porpose so much unless you are coming in to slow or too heavy. Try coming in with less than 50% fuel and at a approach speed of 140-145kts.
LOL, you taking off from DFW? That girl has a STRONG Texas accent

why dont you just use flaps
umahuma4 3 years ago
Huh? Of Course I used flaps, 15 degree on takeoff, and 30 on final. (You can see them on the external playback.) What made you think I didn't?

im sorry, that was a typo, i ment fraps

Radar contact is great. It allows for SIDS/STARS, declaring air emergencies, holding patterns, delay vectors.

Not a biggie, but the lower EICAS screen is usually left blank during flight, that way if an error message comes up then its easier to spot.
