  • ak newbie

  • AMMO - made by Muhammadjin Industrial Corp.

  • Он неправильно передёргивает затвор. Нужно резко потянуть на себя а затем отпустить. иначе патрон может застрять.

  • @TwoWomansInOneMan

да тут вся проблема в патронах которые не простреливаюца, они наверно даже не в китае были сделаны а в соседнем кишлаке на коленке собраны.

  • thats funny as hell ahhaa

this guy is a nogo when it comes to following directions

  • Auusie"s ?? No wonder these bastards got there firearms taken away by there government>>,

  • "cock" "cock" "hey man, i dont get down like that" "cock the weapon"

  • lol my first reaction was...he didn't cock his gun....then it went too: why is it jamming so much....to this is fail.

  • My fiancee' figured out the AK faster than this guy did...

  • Incoming fire at 1:04 :p

  • As to the comments stating that Chinese are the best, most desirable AK type- Don't forget the VALMET, GALIL, ARSENAL, etc.

  • COCK. COCK THEY VAPIN.

  • i cant believe they sell Ak's in Iraq or Afghanistan to civies who would probably end up getting paid to shooy at american soldiers

  • Were you the Instructor or the Diplomat? Was the FTF caused by ammo? If known what mfg of ammo?

  • @sbd45acp Typically the ammo that causes FTFs in AKs is that shitty Yugo milsurp ammo. Ive never shot any through my AK but its weird because an AK should eat up just about anything. Who knows, maybe the guns fucking up?

  • Do we really want a bunch of guys who don't know up from down running around in Bahgdad w/ select fire AKs? ;)

  • @sbd45acp who said anything about Baghdad? wrong country, dude

  • @rabidmarmot Lol! It's in the title and he says Bahgdad.

  • @sbd45acp

He got confused because it jammed. Oh, what's that? AKs don't jam? Theres proof right there.

  • @WunderDoob Dear DOOB, No "jam" occurs on the AK in foreground. It appears to feed & extract normally. There are 2- Fails to fire ( FTFs) & approx 15 rounds fired. Very likely an ammo related problem or weak hammer spring. There are at least 4 other AKs in the video that seem to function just fine. One would assume that they were all loaded w/ same lot of ammo- no way to be sure. All weapons can fail. I would not indict all 300 million plus AK pattern rifles cause this didn't fire suspect ammo

  • @sbd45acp

I have 20/26 vision in both eyes and this video is low resolution.

    Sorry, my mistake.

  • @WunderDoob You are to be commended sir! Well done!

  • i love hearing bullets ricochet.

  • I think The thing that every new shooter should learn how to do is lean into their shots.

  • Search "Ak-47 on Fire" and compare

  • @imthemac420 that video is fake

  • Это оружие 1960 года у России лучшее оружие в мире

  • That whole firing line has problems following directions.

"up" they kneel. "Down" they stand up.

    Hahaha... Amusing

  • They had to be diplomats.......

  • actually chinese mak90 with a milled reciever is better than russian made, the best right now are the bulgarian slr milled recievers

  • hmm..... stop stalling

  • I didn't think he did too bad, he got the hang of it in the end :)

  • Comment removed

  • do they really need vests @ the range?

  • @BigJT2010 You wear a vest whenever you are outside of the embassy

  • @rabidmarmot ah i guess that would make sense. i don't know why that didn't click

  • @rabidmarmot Damn sir you suck at range stay at the office xD

  • @BigJT2010 In the military you wear a vest at every range because you will normally be in a vest when you are firing your weapon.

  • @BigJT2010

Don't know if this a military-run range, but yes, you almost always wear a vest on ranges run by the miltary....

  • @BigJT2010 it would be different if you were doing tactical reloads and shooting at the range but for these guys...no. lol

  • I can't imagine a real AK-47 jamming that frequently.

As for the instructors, he won't learn a thing by having some dickhead yelling nonsensical and contradictory instructions like that - the instructors sound like angry dads yelling every time their son makes a mistake during a driving lesson.

  • Brits - you find them everywhere except the UK these days.

  • its a good chance that if they are using ammo from who knows where that has been in the country since the russians and stored in dubious conditions that you might have a lot of misfires. The ammo could be from literally anywhere and not properly sealed against humidity.

  • Didn't even sound like an AK rofl.

  • This is why diplomats are diplomats, and not soldiers ;-)

  • he was not supposed to push the bolt forward when we pulled it back. thats what caused the malfunction.

  • @Evilsnowman2213

when he did that, it fed the round...

  • whats with all this UP and DOWN shouting. just shoot the damn thing!

  • just because it has an AK shape does not mean its a real russian made AK.

this one was probably made in china, like fake jordans

  • @iDuffdabestweed Some of the best AKs out there are the Chinese AKs. They make everything else cheap as fucking trailer trash tits but when it came down to the AK, they def knew what they were doing. Shows how much you know about guns. Now, go play some call of duty child.

  • @crest2598 "some of"??? no bitch. i dont know shit about life. real russian made ak's are the way to go.

  • @iDuffdabestweed You the bitch bitch! LOL! But seriously go fuck yourself and play COD okay fag.

  • @iDuffdabestweed

chinese ak's are of good, consistent quality.

russia does not make the finest "ak" rifle, either.

  • @MrMudip666 never had it jam on me. started shooting them in school, continued in the russian army. not a single malfunction ever. i quite often had to shoot off spare ammo from the tin (per the rules we had to have all ammo used up during training days after the tin was opened, so leftovers were just shot off continuous firing, 3-4 clips in a row). so i don't know where you get you info but it's all wrong. in subzero cold and in desert dusty environment - it didn't matter.

  • @iDuffdabestweed Actually, the Chinese made Norinko Mac 90 versions are the most sought after AK rifles on the market. 1.6 mm receivers, double hook triggers, chromes barrel and bore. Very solid, well made weapons. Snag one up; if opportunity arises. (You wont be disappointed.)

    Peace out.

  • @akgp1975

For starters it's NORINCO! Second off they're not the most sought after AK47 in the country. PolyTech AK's are.

  • @1994WN Don't see how from this video that it would be possible to determine that there are NORINCO mfg'd. The near one is a milled rec.

The idiot screaming has got to be the worst firearms instructor EVER!

  • @1994WN In the civilian market atleast the gold standard for AK's is the SGL-21.

  • @Robbieifyoucan Thats what i have! Well i have an sgl23 but i plan on swapping the mag lock. I would rather have a Romanian wasr10 though, i like the older look better and don't really like the AK74 muzzle break.

  • @MRcalibrecincuenta Err, but you can get a traditional AK47 style muzzle break by removing the stock one and putting on an aftermarket part. The WASR10 looks rugged but its a hit or miss with those damn century arms, but if i wanted a rugged look I would put wood furniture on all the parts of it and bring it camping! Plus, the quality of Arsenal AK's are almost unmatched with the exception of the Polyetech/Norinoco Chinese AK's (Wich are HIGH quality) but since the chinese ban are rare.

  • @Robbieifyoucan I was going to do that but the thing is that those traditional slant brakes are threaded at 14x1LH and the Arsenal ones are threaded at 24x1.5mm. If there was a step-down size it would work but there isnt and it'd look pretty weird. The only way you can do it is to change the whole front sight base with an AKM unit and thread the barrel and thats something i don't want to mess with lol. And with the WASRs, if you get one thats imported by century, it will be fine. The ones that..

  • @Robbieifyoucan are hit and miss are the ones that are assembled by them. Thats my only complaint about the Arsenal AKs, they destroyed the traditional AK47 style.

  • @iDuffdabestweed Actually the chinese AK's are the best quality available to anyone, they have the best fit and finish and work the smoothest. Next to the Russian AK's of course are not available.

  • @Robbieifyoucan Well, Russians still make AKs, just not AK-47s.

  • @vladnuke Russians make Saiga's not military AK style rifles, the 74 series of rifles along with the 47 are discontinued however the round 5.45x39 is still being used in russia's newer rifle platforms.

  • @iDuffdabestweed if its from afghanistan its a real ak dude.

  • @iDuffdabestweed It doesn't look Chinese. No hooded front sight or spike bayonet. And I've shot lots of Chinese AK's, they are actually well made. The failures in this vid were really all due to the ammo and not the rifle . The ammo must be old and the primers went bad. I've had this happen with old Yugo ammo.

  • Even if the ammo was great, these could probably misfire just for the fact that these weapons are worn out and probably the oldest ak's still in use, most likely never properly maintained during their time in afghanistan. People usually compare the AK47 to M16 variants of this decade, what is the point when the original AK was replaced in the fifties with the AKM. The age difference is over half a century. They do wear down , you know...

  • And in AK - no need shall be sent back gate - cringe. and back under the action of return spring - he goes by himself. This must be done by firing machine guns PCs PKMS and Pecheneg. Thank you for your attention))

  • И на АК - нет надобности досылать назад затвор -- передергиваете . а назад под действием возвратной пружины - он идет сам .

  • AK - 100% made in China. Therefore, a delay gate, on the Russian AK - this is NOT happening. I - in the Russian police special forces, I have on my AK 74M this has never happened)). And not even heard from guys like)).

  • The rifle didn't malfunction, the reason it didn't fire was because they were using bad ammunition. Remember the rifle is picked up from Taliban fighters and the ammo the use is old and not stored very well. The misfires were not due to the rifle, but rather due to the ammunition.

  • i would guess those missfires are due to bad bullets. did you guys use old ammo from the weapon dumps or something?

  • cheaply made an maintained ak copy is what i think was the problem

  • @Kalashnikov4Eva - spoken like a true fanboy who probably isn't even old enough to own one.

  • BARRACK O BEE

  • looks more like the chinese copy... type 56 than the russian 47 cus ak-47's are antiques today and very rare... there are just many many many copies made!

  • Aggressive negotiations.

  • NORINCOS ARE THE BEST I HAVE THE NORTH CHINA

  • Is the AK-47 not MG?

  • At least it isnt chinese crap.

  • @pudanielson1

Actually the pre-ban Norinco's are excellent. I don't know where you get your information but it's false.

  • it's strange to blame the design when there's a stoppage every 2-5 rounds. whatever the reason, it's clear that the weapon/ammo (and/or his cocking technique) are not OK.

  • My guess is the FTE's were because he walked the bolt forward every time. You NEVER do that on any kind of auto-loading firearm.

  • @CoChicken1337 indeed you see the final time he actually doesn't do that and it starts to fire fine.

  • the diplomat shot it like a champ haha.....until he was asked to discharge the weapon

  • Well that Jammed a few times ,

  • Next time you fire the weapon use the hand that is on the handgaurd to cock the weapon.

  • this is what happens when americans trying to copy russian weapons, they jam :P.

  • @SovietSpetznaz It didn't jam,its just the bullet didn't go in the barell,it's look like a magazine failure.AK47 have excelent acuracy up to 250-300m.In serbian army i use m70ab1 and ab2(serbian replica of AK47)

  • thaht gun probably hasnt been cleaned properly in 20 30 years.. surprising the mother fker still works.

  • @motlencore89 There has been found AK47's in sand dunes that was left there 20 years ago in a conflict and forgotten. Only needed to empty the barrel of sand and it worked perfectly. It might not be the most accurate weapon in the world, but its damn reliable.

  • @STARSmember11 the AK in MW2 made me fucking puke plastic piece of shit id rather trust my life with a baseball bat than that why do they think i choose the ak over the m16 in reality but no they had to make it fucking plastic pisses me off so bad fuck you infinityward

  • youtube, the forum where underachievers can claim to be experts at anything, and bolster their self confidence with attempts to belittle others while most likely having no relevant knowledge or experience

  • @rogeramjet100 You hit the nail right on the head.

  • ak 47 is from 1947!

  • why would an engineer need to learn how to shoot?

have they run out of soldiers? how can you give a gun in a the hands of a novice like these and expect them to behave like professionals under pressure. if they are ambushed in crowded area will they not just let lose the AK on by standers?

this shit is seriously fucked up. Engineers doing the army's job ... army doing the politicians job and politicians doing .. fuck knows what they are doing..acting like warlords maybe...

  • @sangeenshahkhan dude all military personnel period are required to learn to shoot as well as go through basic training and i bet your for gun control the way you are acting maybe he just wanted to shoot the gun its not like he went on a damn killing spree with it calm down and technically speaking you can be in the army and not be able to shoot worth a crap even after the training so they arent necessacarily the professionals and in a place like afghanistan everybody needs to be able to shoot

  • @sangeenshahkhan You wouldn't be complaining if he was back in the US shooting. The military probably asked if they wanted to learn how to shoot a gun. And I'm pretty sure they gave them a run through of gun safety. He handled the gun pretty well, and it's not like they issue them the weapon to go on patrols. I'm 18, live in Alaska and own a Saiga .308. Doesn't mean I'm going off to fight Taliban with it.

  • non military personally often have no experience with weapons, ones from europe even more so so cut the guy some slack

  • well I'm glad he talks and NOT shoot.

  • did pretty good for your first time

  • why did you guys shoot guns, was it incase you were attacked or something, or just for fun?

  • that is why the english will never win another war...

besides, while their country is worried about smokers and chavs, we are worried about minarets going up on ground zero...

  • @bifftannen

dude you have a fucking problem

  • Nice Type II, too bad the barrel is probably shot out. :(

  • lol, he forgot to cock the gun.....

  • wow, it looks hard o.0

  • I smell a new shooter...

  • @STARSmember11 youtube+gun video=always some kid talking about COD. don't worry you'll be old enough to shoot a gun eventually ;-)

  • not bad for the first time hell i managed to jam mine the first time i tried to shoot it

  • its beautiful =O

  • the ak is fun i like it better then a ar15

  • Wow, retardation from the peanut gallery as usual. That malfunction could not be, in anyway, construed as a jam. FTE, plain and simple. Gas port could be dirty, chamber could be dirty (cases sticking to the sides), extractor could be mucked up or fitted with a weak spring (most likely), or the ammo could be "crap". As it's a military range, I doubt they're using anything but surplus stuff. You did a better job than most people for your first time-- props to you.

  • is this that british mercinary team in afghanistan i saw it on my cousins camera he's in the marines

  • ... this guy has never shot a gun before hu.. lol dude the gun design is very simple

  • this is probably, "If shit hits the fan training" for if an Embassy were over taken and immediate evacuation was not plausible. Better for him to learn some basics now than when said event happens. Firing on a range like this is better than the ones who have never fired at all.

  • that was the only time an ak ever jammed ever.

  • @combatwizard The gun is not jamming. From the look of the video the weapon is functioning just fine. The caseing is ejecting and you hear the hammer hitting on the trigger pull so it is not an out of battery issue either. It seems to be ammo related. Most dependable gun in the world can't do a thing if the ammo is bad.

  • @proximal43

sometimes, in training, they load empty cartridges into the mag to simulate jams so that the opperator can react in a stressful situation

  • He is using weak load's. They do not sound like M16's as his does. He must be using steel cased target loads.

  • Wow is that what afghanistan really looks like? shit looks like easymode.

  • terrible i knew he was a brit they cant shoot for shit

  • у "духов"спросите ,они вам подскажут как стрелять :)

  • whos the idiot shouting in the background sounds like he doesnt know wtf hes doing

  • Legendary reliability. Haha.

  • ammo was maybe very bad, likely in a remote country with a stupid looking training group as this one, also the gun might have been very dirty, even rusty. Also the shooter was holding the gun very loosely, that will make a lot of guns jam in a hurry.

  • Or perhaps it was the fact that NO automatic firearm is 100% reliable.

  • @skunkapotamus Yes and this one is doing a pretty bad job at functioning reliably. I have shot an semi auto AK once at a ranch and it was cool but the stock didnt let you grip it the right way it was kinda weird. As in you had to keep your thumb on the same side of the trigger finger.

  • Maybe if he had a russian ak and and not some cheap impersonation that wouldnt have happened.

  • @skunkapotamus It's most likely the ammo he's shooting has bad primers. They haven't made a gun yet that won't choke on bad ammo.

  • @esh325 Bad primers, or a bad cock. Maybe a bad safety catch on the cock.

  • @skunkapotamus i think a quick interrogation of the man's significant other will help us determine if it is due to a bad primer or a bad cock.....hehehehe........ :D

  • @esh325 Bad primers, or a bad cock. Maybe a bad safety catch on the cock.

Im thinking its the cock behind the trigger.

  • @skunkapotamus Thats the ammo, not the gun...

  • @NewtProductions Who cares. It still didnt shoot.

  • @skunkapotamus This AK is not made in Russia : )

  • great stance there dude. need to lean into it more, lower your center of gravity, be more accurate (i use that term losely with the AK)

  • i have to admit, it was good for a first time on an AK, he needed to be instructed more on what to do.

  • @Ranger4321 Not to mention he is completely negating his plates by showing his side to the target...

  • he pulled and than pushed its pull and release so there no gap for the head space

  • You are right!!!! that's the way how the AK should be loaded....

  • yea the steel core ricochets are dangerouse

  • hear those freaking ricochets from the steel cores. They need to learn ssome saftey.

  • Lol they have to unload - "magazine first" lol i dont think that guy knows anything about guns.

  • Id say its either crap ammo or bad magazines, cause the AK doesnt jam like that, it looks clean.

  • all guns jam . but are all guns still functional after jamming, no.

  • not if it blows in your face no.

  • an AK jammed? failed to extract , looked like a weak round since the case went back into the chamber but the bolt started rearward movement already.

  • i would say it is crap ammos

  • AK's very rarely Jam, that must have been a real piece of crap , or Rubbish Ammo !

  • at the beginning he siad cock :)

  • Damn, there was even a round left in the chamber when the guy was finnised and took the mag out.

  • that was either some garbage ammo or a filthy ak to jam like that

  • most 7.62x39 is garbage

  • That's not a ratted out Khyber Pass AK is it? If it is, those are seriously dangerous to shoot.

  • No, the foregrip looks right.

  • so they had you testing out the weapons I guess not get an idea of what you're dealing with when/if people start shooting at you? or is they are training you to use it cause it's the weapon they will be giving you?

  • shit ammo

  • That's a Norinco Type 56 from China, not a Russian AK, if my eyes aren't playing tricks.

  • This guys AK is fine - he's just not aware of the need to work the two stage trigger correctly.

  • could you explain that two stage trigger to me ?

  • Are you sure? I heard a *click* indicating that it was a malfunction. The triggers on the AK's are quite light and don't take a lot of effort to squeeze.

  • cmon pussy shoot the gun

  • @thezodiac8973 He was not shown the two stage trigger use correctly.

  • wors ak i ever seen

  • Strange, it seems that this AK has

a missfire. 3 times per 1 magazine. Where did they get such bad ammo??

  • @TO3123 Ah u ment bad ak's...

  • AK's are one of the most reliable guns ever made. You must be an idiot to make such an uneducated response.
