There's something about this song, the way it always just seems to be building and building, that really makes me think of the inevitability of death. When you're playing in this stage, the song just keeps playing the same few notes, growing louder and louder, never changing and therefore never ending - it just seems inevitable that you will be killed. The Ultimate Truth indeed.
