@ChibiBlackii I have a video on how to make horns, and there are lots of other tutorials out there too :) Plus, I don't have permission from Andrew to sell Homestuck related stuff and I wouldn't do it for free :3
you guys have the best fucking way to do this but i have a qustion what would you do for karkats horns cause i mean their smaller then the others and im just a little worried its not going to work get back to me when you can please thanks
@turqoisewolf1 What part are you worried about not working? You should be able to find some smaller bolts and screw-in nuts if you are worried they are too big for his horns, we just went with this size because it was sturdy for the larger horns and fit the pencil hole. In that case you will want to make the horns with a solid, flat bottom and actually drill the correct hole size into them. Also Karkat horns are so small you might just want to run a band of black elastic through them (continued)
run a band of black elastic through them along the bottom (drill or mold a hole from one side to the other maybe half an inch above the very bottom, run the elastic through and tie at the back of your head). You also might just be able to hot glue the horns to the elastic. This tutorial should work for all horns, but it is really useful for the big horns. It might be a bit overkill for the smaller ones, lol
@tukwnif1 Hot glue would probably work great for the smaller horns, but I wouldn't trust it for the taller more precarious ones. On top of that, it's permanent. With this method if you want to play multiple trolls, you only need one headband and you can just unscrew the horns and switch them out.
Also with the hot glue, you can't hide the headband under a wig, unless maybe you just glued the horns to a wig? but that doesn't sound very stable either.
Can you make some Sollux horns for me please...? I dont know how to and I wanna cosplay as him for comiccon
