  • Love the anne boleyn and henry reference.

  • WIKIPEDIA CLAIMS: The song is about the concept of ideal woman and the fear of losing someone

  • so powerful!!! Beautiful version!

  • that's amazing man,

  • It's really funny because I was thinking about that too (just now)! I didn't really know Tallulah Bankhead before, I was watching videos of her and...I made the link : d (but why is it not written the same way then?)

I love this song!!! (and Tori! :) )

  • this song is sort of a prayer at Tallulah Bankhead, isn't it?

Anyway thanks for share this...GREAT SONG ^^

  • I'm not sure but I suspect it's about her, yes.

  • I've never heard a reference to Bankhead. In Tori's words: "Talula started to show me how to dance...Talula just came to me, telling me her name...A name holds an energy, like anything else. Look at Ruby Tuesday. I think Talula became about rhythm and tone an sensuality. It ain't fuckin' Catherine. There's something in there about West Indian dance. And yet it's a very classic name, too. Talula really just started to represent all women to me - women that let themselves dance..."

  • Wonderful. thank you.
