@MrJNARF they are, if you check on the internet you will see that they are classed as endangered, i'm not being rude or anything, and endangered doesnt mean that they are rare in captivity you know, they are endangered in the wild. Also hyacinth macaws are endangered and they are quite common some pet shops.

Lots of people keep diamond doves with smaller birds...like canaries...though I've never seen them with gouldian finches before.

These kinds of video inspired me to have gouldians myself and although i have to earn for them, Now it's worth it because i just stare at them for minutes without being bored! I now have 5 african lovebirds,9 budgerigars, 2 society finches, 4 zebra finches, 2 chestnut mannikins, 2 syrian hamsters, a black doe rabbit and my newest 3 gouldians... i really love them all...heheh

lol, they all live together somehow in the wild dont they? I have 7 varieties all happily living together, no problems at all. Its good for them to have company although I dont have pigeons, just finches. As long as you keep the cage clean and they dont attack each other there shouldnt be a problem. I dont advise putting wild birds with cage birds at all though, then there will be problems. Nice although I think they want some fresh branches :) I will have to put some pics of my birds up :)

can you mix them with zebra finches and do you have to bring them in at winter time or do you just leave them out and are they beginner birds

dodge250 they are not beginner birds but u dont need to be super experienced i have mine with zebras and if you give them a nest which i have and cover the cage they should be fine outside unless it gets really cold wherever you are
