  • oh and they are both so sad about this. Look at that dumbshit with the widow's peak, he's about ready to bawl. The Gov. should shut his mouth and not play partisan politics

  • at least that gov has integrity.

  • ThisGovenor is a mealy mouthed shyster hiding behind teh "law" cause his favoured canidate lost.. If it were the other way, and Coleman had won, he'd have signed faster than goose shit of f a snow field. and befopre Franken could'v e appealed.

  • This Minnesotan voted for Franken. And a lot (most) others did too.

    -Qes

  • Cheney, Delay, Newt, and Fox can say what they want under the first amendment but guess what I got and everyone else has the right to tell them on their BS and through our democracy, we can vote out people we don't want and who we want. Remember this conservatives and liberals, you can say whatever you want but come election day people will remember what you said or what you did in the past. So keep on doing your stuff Far Right because its only going to hurt you in 2010 elections.

  • Would Fox News PLEASE stop trying to push their agendas on their guest?

"Oh, so, if Al Franken wins, would you be willing to go out, as a Govenor and a republican, and shoot him in the head?"

What the fuck is WRONG with this network!?

  • Good question.. What´s their agenda? Profit.. Honestly I truly believe they´re filling a market niche and making millions from an uneducated and scared audience.. They will keep on milking them , as long as ignorance and bigotry will be rampant and chronic in our democracies.

  • They are just appealing to the audience, going for the ratings. If there was more money to be made going ultra liberal they would swing over to that side with bells on.

  • We need a law tha outright bans recounts unless fraud is proven.

  • yeah those silly laws, i wish we didn't have to abide by them

  • Al Franken exposed Fox and they hate him for life, they tried to sue him and they lost. Al Franken already defeated FoxNews and Billo and his clan of haters will always have that special hatred for Al Franken. I stopped watching FoxNews long time ago but the day Al Franken finally becomes Senator I will watch FoxNews just to see O'Reilly's face.

  • republican train of thought:

the damn law, always getting in the way.

  • To bad that didn't stop Bush and Cheney dammit. I guess now that they are being watched more closely they have no choice but to follow the law.

  • Wow. It's telling that Cavuto seems to need to have "rule of law" explained to him.

  • Or not... at 1:00 - "and there's not an appeal..."

Of course there will be an appeal. And Pawlenty's decision not to run for re-election allows him to be the GOP bitch without facing the voters over it. Then in 2012, they'll return the favor and remember it during the presidential primaries. Politricks.

  • Franken won damn it.

  • If Pawlenty signs it to give Franken the win, is his career over or if he doesn't sign it, is his career over? He doesn't want to be known as the governor who gave Democrats a filibuster proof majority. But his only way out is if he signs it for Coleman to win.

  • there will be a federal appeal is coleman raises enough money

  • 2 words...hanging chad

  • Is this dude from FOX saying that he'd like the state governor to not follow the law, and leave Coleman in office??

    Seriously?

I think Cavuto is sad almost to tears.

  • that fat Fox fuck looks like his mother just died when talking about Franken winning

  • get in there! fuck off Coleman

  • Franken's in there. Get over it already you fucking children!

  • Children! I could not have thought of a better descrirtion than that!

    Thumbs Up!

  • this will be an unpopular comment, but Colemen has the right to appeal to the federal courts. It is possible things were mishandled and due process of law must be followed!

  • Having the right to bring a suit to the court doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do. Coleman has no prayer of winning so all he can do is tie things up in the courts, and he should have the decency to concede and get out of the way.

  • Not unless Pawlenty does not sign off...This is a state matter and will remain a state matter unless the Governor opens the door for it to become a Federal matter.

    Which will not happen!
