this will be an unpopular comment, but Colemen has the right to appeal to the federal courts. It is possible things were mishandled and due process of law must be followed!

Having the right to bring a suit to the court doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do. Coleman has no prayer of winning so all he can do is tie things up in the courts, and he should have the decency to concede and get out of the way.
