@mjones20054, I prayed 4 u after reading your post, I went thru exactly what u r going thru, it has 2 b more cause if u already had surgery 2 remove them so long ago, it has 2 be something else going on, the surgeon that did your procedure has 2 know what can be done or who 2 c if the issue is deeper, I know u posted this 6 months ago, but I truly felt your pain n continue 2 pray 4 u

and try to sleep, at which point it is then magnified. After days of not seeping,I may doze off for 10-30 minutes still vividly aware of the pain, only to be jolted back to the reality of unbearable and unrelenting pain. I now am reaching out to the Internet community because I'm at the end of my rope. If anyone knows of a Dr or treatment that can eradicate this pain please pass this information on to me. My gastro. Dr told me I've got inward hemorrhoids and he is at a loss at how to proceed with further treatment. I've been suffering for over 20yrs. I had hemorrhoid surgery 8yrs. ago the pain continued. I saw a recent scope of my anal tissue and it was dark blue on the most painful side. I've tried creams, foams,ointments, softners

,miralax,aloe vera enemas,witch hazel ,psyllium & a high fiber diet to no avail. The pain is a searing hot constant pain that is ALWAYS present, even If I lay down
