  • tapin~ dat ezdac~

  • I just fell in love. I am SO getting max/msp.

Was this patch hard to program? And what are the chords your are playing.

    Kristoffer

  • ya !! spacey!

  • tell us more about the patch - its pretty cool once it gets going i like it

  • The notes get recorded into separate 1 second buffers at the start then they are played back randomly throughout the piece from about 0.2 seconds until 0.5 to get rid of attack hence the nice sound. then there's some stereo phase, randomly setting phase frequency - same with delay. Then it all comes together at the end. There's also reverb with random reflection depths and sine waves set at different complementary pitches. I'm posting a recent Max project soon, so keep an eye out!

  • Hey nice one, glad the patch worked!

Also, it strikes me as pure ignorance when someone leaves a negative comment about something which they obviously have no understanding!

  • The guy that posted negative oboviously should consider consulting his hamster. This is coursework in a rather involved program, do you even know what MAX/MSP is? Just file it under: something you don't get. Then move on.
