  • Good thing you weren't playing on difficult.

  • I love how the Scott Pilgrim game copies this ending.

  • sup rise

  • I'll tell you what: That was the way I thought the word "surprise" was spelt back at the time (due to its pronounciation leaving out the first R out as I've heard), so what you've noted was not necessarily an accidental spelling error.

  • @OceanBlueKirby

    Thanks for this video.

  • You're welcome.

  • The alien was an unfitting boss for Megaman. He's to easy, and it requires you use an odd weapon. I don't mind this for a robot master, but it's not good for the final boss.

  • boss i mean

  • i love the ending music :)

4:24 when you compare his head here and his head on the american boxart , you see a HUGE difference .

  • 3:23- what if osama bin laden cried when his plan was foiled

  • megaman 2 or rockman 2 i think is the most popular in the whole megaman series, this is the series that made megaman popular, like super mario and resident evil, they became popular because of the second series..hehe

my most fovorite game in NES..

  • If Dr. Wily wanted to be tough, he could've mutated himself. Instead, he did something pathetic.

  • YUUKICHAN'S PAPA!!!!

(I always thought that was funny when I was a kid)

  • I always liked fish man

  • I like the music from 3:23 to 3:31. It sounds like Megaman came a long way and now it's over, he's tired and he's got a long way to walk back home.

  • I love the boss music in this game, and the vid 5/5

  • I love how he's walking at the end, the music playing, begging the question what is he doing all this for? Or what did he do all that for?

  • okay.dr.wily turns in to some kind of mutant!?

    cool

  • I love the ending music. This is bringing back mad childhood memories. Thanks for uploading

  • you know you can just walk through that little cave and the blobs will never hit you, you just don't stop moving.

  • I think I've had a pastern experience before where I had been hit by the drops while passing through, perhaps for the first time I've played the game. I was trying not to get hit by them for this video before the surprise battle since that occurred for the remix music footage, and it's best to be safe for them, anyway.

  • How do we know the bullets are hurting him? maybe he is just imagining the pain. huh? it's silly to think too hard about it. We shouldn't over analyze things. it's best not to.

    good game though.

  • Wow dude, I love this game!!!

This is one of the megaman'a which has the last boss more difficult!!!

    Good performance!!!

    5/5 stars!!!

  • After Rockman has broken the small machine though (in this case with bubble/water) the light goes on and u can see that object that tricked him. =) And, of caurse Dr.Wily who controls it... and I bet he's like " oh shiat! why the fuck isn't that thing working anymore.. d'oh!"

  • so dr.willi is a alien?

  • Not quite, since I believe he has been referred to as human before. Several sources I've read in the past refer to the final boss as either an alien suit or a hologram (I've acknowledged it as the former since it is what I've heard what it could be first).

  • hey, let's just say -- he's a mad scientist! ;D

that's almost he same as alien! XD

  • Go ahead. He certainly is of a mad (or even evil) scientist.

  • ;) but if you watch the video carefully, after the fight you Do find out it IS some kind of holographic tecnology. It's maybe to scare Rockman or to pretend it was someone else's plan this time. The plasma shots come from a flying object that is always there where the hologram is located. since the room is darkened and with fuky "space" effects, Rockman can't see through the trick.

  • I have read sources that had said that, also. I'd like to think of the defeat as Dr. Wily flying out of the alien suit (since I mostly think of it as so, as that was what I've first heard it was) and trying to fix the controls to get it back into order. The space/starry background would be the only hologrammed object in this case.

  • I think if it were a suit, you would see Dr. Wily actually jumping out of it, since they always show Dr. Wily jumping out. Don't just believe the first thing you hear.

  • I had thought that the room would be too dark to see this, if that occured (in that case, he would be hidden either behind the hologrammed outer space area or the flashing lights). It's pretty much open for interpretation, anyway (I like to think of it as an alien suit, since it's more of an interesting thought).

  • Still, it's way funnier to realize that the real Dr. Wily had been standing in the corner the whole time.

  • Not really. That's, to me, a concept that is nothing greatly fresh or new.

  • I'd say your idea is admirable, but ultimately wrong. The alien morphs, something a suit can't do. After the fight, where's the suit? Wily is at the controls of the flying hologram thing that follows the pattern of the alien. All the directions point to a hologram.

  • In the concepts, it's possible that it could be a morphing suit (which can turn into an alien form on Wily, as well). The suit would explode at the end with the power source for it floating in the pattern. It's still pretty much open for ideas, anyway.

  • awsome
