  • Just a masterpiece. The appeal for this song will remain forever.

  • @ritubahar, I don't fully agree with you. To my understanding it's a true classic of modern Bangla movie songs. To make things clear, we need to be rational on the definition of 'classic'. I find a reasonable & rational definition, "The word classic means something that is a perfect example of a particular style, something of lasting worth or with a timeless quality." Everyone would agree this is a song lasting beyond age.

  • It's a beautiful song full of emotional longing of a man for his beloved. But this isn't a classic as some viewers have commented. the word "classic" comes from the word "class". Those who have been formally educated in classes and then go into creating arts are called classical artists. Their productions are called classics. From the language of the song it is obvious it is an uneducated sailor's language. So it is a rustic masterpiece, one can say.

  • @ritubahar one thing I can say....YOU ARE DAMN STUPID.....hahaah...and you think as it was written for in sailor's language it is not 'Classic' rather 'rustic'...feeling to numb to give you logic....

  • Shubir Nandi made a terrible mistake while judging Mamun in "Channel i shera kontho". Mamun correctle said that Mr. Abdul Jabbar pronounced "nongor" here-not noungor. He should appologize to Mamun. He was not arrogant-he just tried to defend himself.
