I agree with hottkidd. I personally fault the individual for racism. Saying a whole race can or cannot be racist would be stupid and the person who said it is just that. Quite the deviation from the bootyshaking that brought me here but I like it :P
Racism is everywhere, either against other ethnic group or even against their very own. It's exists. Somebody somewhere is saying derogatory things about somebody else..no group is exempt nor claims perfection
