@MrPantsuLover Yes, and no. if you are doing Audio then doing a 320x240 still image with high quality audio will result in a lower file size and thus quicker upload than a 720p file. But having said that you are correct that you can have a 240p video with better audio than a 1080p video. It just depends on the audio track. So rule is: for video, use 1080p where possibe, for audio use 240p with high quality audio track for quick HQ uploads.
