Tout le pouvoir de Gainsbourg. faire chanter des "horreurs" à une charmante et jeune chanteuse, sur une musique sympa. ça marche toujours, mais "baby pop" n'est pas la plus connue, c'est bien dommage :) .

Autrement, France Gall est là dans ma période préférée, j'ai pas aimé ce qu'elle faisait dans les années 80,bien que j'aime bien Michel Berger, bref, chacun son trip ^^ .

@funkberto To believe that people have a great voice because they have won the EC is like believing politicians have great talents and integrity because they've won the elections.

I believe that Mrs. Gall has a thin and quite unstable voice, and that anyone with an ear can hear this. Her bland vocal presentation does not surpass that of any 6th grade pupil. Her obvious choice to play the 'childish & innocent' card does not help her lacking singing ability. Other factors may explain her success.

@elseverwoerd I will agree that she does not have a very strong voice, that does not mean that her singing cannot be enjoyable. Also as she grew older she did change her style considerably. Have you ever heard Babacar or Ella Elle l'a. Both are magnificently entertaining songs in my opinion with a little more vocal control on her part.
