A pretty large amount of this isn't stop motion, it's just using the camera on drive mode. Check out Yunyu - Lenore's Song to see it being done properly.

All I'm saying is that I would LOVE to have time to do this kind of stuff. And kudos to the one who made the video, it's fantastic! It just baffles me, however, how people can even find the time! If I did something like that, I would lose a lot of money in the business I do. :(
