I think the away goal rule should not be considered in world cup qualifying matches. Its stupid that teams as Russia are eliminated and wont go to the biggest football event because of it,,,, while in other parts of the world (talking about this type of match) if you tie...YOU TIE. Its supposed to be a global event, so all teams should play under the same qualifying criteria.
