Hey, i understand the part about the wire thickness, however, it was taught to me that the relay is supposed to isolate the large current associated with the starter motor from the driver of the car, i.e. there should be a small current between the key and the relay..but what i dont understand is that the circuit with the key, and the isolated circuit connecting the relay and starter, are both connected to the same battery, hence, wouldnt the simple circuit also possess a high current?
excellent been trying to find that info on the internet for 2 days and get rubbish, now need to find out the sequence of wiring a fuse box , battery- alternator switches etc thank you

Um, most starters I've seen have the chassis as the ground and just the 10Gage wire going to one terminal on the starter motor.

thank for this amazing video, but i have a question how to connect a relay to the xenon kit ? & what kind of relay do i need ?

"naah mate that was too close for my liking!"
Classic haha
so basically a relay automatically controls circuits that would be impractical for you to manually control?
lightning was freaky btw, considering it was like 5 yards from my house :|
